Well there could be any number of things that either one could be better at. Who would be better in a fight? Who would be a better leader in a battle? Who would be better with Ninja Weapons?...

Plus, your thread makes no sense... is this related to the movie, being that Ripcord and Snake-Eyes may be in a rivalry over Scarlett?

Are you asking to compare the characters in general? What's the point? Ripcord is probably a better HALO jumper than SE, and I'm sure SE is a better ninja than Ripcord.

Snake Eyes is better when it comes to sewing small things like napkins and dollies.

Recondo is better when it comes to Deep Woods Off applications for various mesquitos and better at finding needles on the jungle floor.
