What entertainer, if any, do you despise the most and why?

This is just for fun, so don't get mad if somebody despises an entertainer you're a fan of. Don't debate the issue. People have different opinions. To each his own.

Nicholas Cage!

I can't STAND Nicholas Cage! I used to like him. He's a comic and Elvis fan. He can't be all bad right? I guess I've hated him ever since he announced on the Tonight Show back in the '90's that he had signed on to play Superman and Tim Burton was going to direct it. Superman Returns wasn't the best movie, but just think if we had gotten a Burton/Cage Superman! *shudder*

THEN he manages to worm his way into the Ghost Rider movie! I haven't seen it, and I won't just because he's in it. The last thing I watched with him in it was Gone in 60 Seconds.

He takes on rolls as a bad-@$$. You know if you walked up to him on the street and punched him in the neck, he'd squirt a few.

My friends laugh at me about how much I DESPISE Nicholas Cage. Tom Cruise is right up there with him. Good thing I didn't know he was in Tropic Thunder until I was in the movie theater.

Nicholas Cage I just don't like, but I don't like any entertainers who get involved in politics. I don't pay to hear your opinion! I pay to watch you DANCE, MONKEY! DANCE!

Wow, I have a long list of celebs that annoy me, but I've got to say Reality TV and Entertainment news like TMZ really annoy the heck out of me.

Reality TV shows are so gimmicky, nothing remotely creative, and most seem like nothing more than just excuses to showcase the worst aspects of human nature. "Put a bunch of 20-somethings in a house and lets watch 'em screw around!" "Encourage people to decieve each other and stab each other in the back for a cash prize!" "That's great TV!" It's a wonder the crap is still on...it just won't die.

Entertainment news...they follow these attention-starved idiots around, and report on some of the most ridiculous stuff. Do I really care who's Paris Hilton's humping or how crappy a mom Britney Spears is? There's too much relevant stuff going on in REAL life to worry about.

Since when are you paying to hear their politics? They state their political views for free, the same as any other member of our democracy has the right to do. Entertainers have a right to express their political views. Would you have Congress pass a law that says entertainers are not allowed freedom of expression? Then who follows next? Do we ban construction workers from expressing their views? Doctors? If you don't want to hear them, then tune them out or turn it off.

Larry the Cable Guy is very annoying but correct about a lot lf things. Because he doesn't bend over and grab his ankles for liberal beliefs he will never be fully accepted by "the elite" in show buisness. However David Cross is nothing but a clone of every other hack who thinks political correctness should be enforced in all our daily lives, except their jokes.
