Cobra Ice Cream Hiss

This is an entry that RuckusJr and I were working on. He is out of town though and asked that I post in his stead.

We thought the propaganda machine had to start early with Cobra, so this is how the recruit cadets. This is our first mod, and we learned a lot about paint, sculpy and wiring. The top of the tank was created to hold the batteries and speaker set from the Cobra five pack box. It plays the Crashing through the night... Cobra song when the button is pressed. Not very good for pictures but funny in person. The figure is a random head on a Hiss driver body with black CC's legs these were all painted with acrylic. The top of the tank was done with sculpy as was the ice cream cone.(i need to get a pasta roller to make flatter panels next time.) Its supposed to look like the generator/cooler for the truck. The stickers were all done on sticker paper. (Next time im getting waterslide transfer paper.) all of this was sealed with a matte varnish.

The entire concept was CC's, I painted and cut the window on the HISS and figured out which figs to use to make the driver. He painted the figure, and did the decals--basically anyting difficult and detailed cuz I'm lazy and a slob. This is the first Ive seen of it finished and its awesome! Totally hilarious. Look for some custom Mighty Muggs by each of us soon, too. Im working on a viper and CC a BAT. GREAT JOB Zac!

It does play the cobra theme. I didn't have time to mount the button correctly for the mod, but you can see the batteries in the top. I need to re solder some pieces to mount the button on the side.
