need ideas for a custom project

i want to make a Lifeline...but i am hung up on the head/helmet...anyone got some good suggestions or ideas on how to go about this...i'm looking more for existing parts as opposed to sculpting, like a classic VvV hat/helmet that might work...thanks guys

thanks cam, but i have the body down, i just need a head/helmet combo,and i'd like to use something molded from hasbro off something existing if at all possible...so again, any suggestions anyone?

What about getting a vintage Lifeline and dremeling the head? It worked for that Voltar custom, it might work for Lifeline too.

I can't think of anything else that might work, but I'll keep my eyes open.

I've been thinking of a Lifeline custom myself.Do you plan on doing him with or without a gun?What body parts are you using?I liked the left leg of duke,just cuz its smooth and "rescue" would work well on that leg.

i have thought of this, but i'm affraid his nahgan will be too big...sucky thing, a few weeks back a saw a box of vintage joes for sale at $3.50 each, but didn't pick em' up cause they were accesseory-less, and Lifeline was one of em'...DUMBA$$!!

without a gun for sure...considering maybe Doc's flare gun though...cause Dukes legs would work if doing v1 LL with the pocket and all...for the v3 LL i think i'll go with a Shippy left thigh and CC right thigh...then i'm gonna use dry transfer decals for the "RESCUE"...as for the torso, it will look very familiar, but i have slighty reinvented it...as for the head/helmet, i don't know, c'mon guys, THINK!!...i wanna do it right

I've got some ideas for three different versions of Lifeline.

V1:
Head: Scrap Iron or the upcoming comic pack blue Wild Bill w/helmet
Body: Ace
Legs: Wild Weasel

2002 Internet Exclusive:
Head: Senior Officers Grunt
Body: Dreadnok Torch
Vest: Valor vs. Venom Gung-Ho/25th Beach-Head's

Anti-Venom Sgt. Lifeline(I did this one myself, except now I feel the head choice I did for mine was wrong):
Head: Senior Officers Grunt
Body: Comic Pack Breaker
Gear: need to modify the straps off a comic pack Hawk, Snake Eyes, or whichever has the same mold
