Can someone please supply me with a link to the customs hasbro made. I believe Zarana was one and possibly Slaughter another? Thanks

Fixed the links.
Go to mastercolllector.com and click on the 25th logo
This'll take you to the Convention Site, look for Hasbro at Joecon link.

They also had a Pythona as well.

Those are so cool. I need to do more customs.

I never realized, until seeing them side by side, how big the all the original figure's heads were. Looks almost silly to me now.

Here are some of the other customs they had on display.

I gotta say it...
That custom Slaughter makes the old figure look like a ditty bag, an itty, bitty ditty bag.
Now to wait for someone to correct my quote.
Thanks for adding the rest of them, I couldn't find them at the joecon site.
Man these give me a bone! Too bad I missed the convention. Its tough but next year I may just have to go to Botcon and this one as well! Those customs are just too sweet to not make as regular figures. Its going to be a crying shame when they do not remake all of the characters :(

Has anyone tried to reproduce these yet?

Hey! I've got an idea!! Let's see if we can figure out what and who they used for all of these customs! It would be fun, interesting and informative all at the same time to decipher these customs.

Well... Slaughter's easy enough... I think.
Roadblock upper torso
Destro from the waist down
Gung-ho head
Custom glasses... spiffy hat.
I think Raptor's all Gung-ho save for the head.

Night Viper - Zartan upper torso
Pythona - Baroness
Shockwave - Gung-Ho legs
Airtight - Cobra Commander Arms
A little ADD. Can't quite focus on one custom. Great idea though!

I hope we get a good new scult for Viper. Not seeing much that could be recycled into him. Any thoughts?

Zarana looks like she has Lady Jaye's torso/chest and waist; Scarlett's head, arms and legs.
Shockwave looks to be Beachhead's head; Lady Jaye's hat; Gung-Ho's legs; Snake-Eyes belt (it's been modified and the shoulder straps are cut); Looks like a Cobra Trooper's arms and chest used. (I think Beachhead's legs would actually make a better fit on this figure, though). I can't tell, but it almost looks like Beachhead's vest on him, but it really doesn't seem to resemble it all that much.
Airtight looks like he has Duke or Roadblock's helmet and a Cobra Trooper's head undernath. His chest looks like the Cobra Trooper's, too. Like somebody else said, he has Cobra Commander's arms.

Raptor's legs aren't Gung-ho... my mistake.

Those are all fantastic.
Damn I wish they were real :(
My pics of the customs can be found here:

Did someone figure out where the Alley Viper came from? I'd kill to get my hands on one, although I believe you'd have to get some spare old school alley viper parts to outfit the custom properly.

Looks like Alley Viper is:
Snake-Eyes body (Don't know about the legs, maybe Roadblock)
Stormshadow head
Beachhead vest (Possibly the backpack too)
I have no idea about the helmet though

No... Alley Viper has double jointed knees so Roadblock's out...My guess, Storm Shadow's thighs and any number of figure's lower legs from the knees down. Most likely a Cobra troop's judging from the knee pads.
Shogi

Yeah, I couldn't see the knee pads before, but I think you're right, Stormy's upper legs with Cobra Trooper's lower legs looks right

The Leatherneck looks great. They must make a 25th Leatherneck. He looks way cool

Looking at the custom of Zarana worries me. I really don't want a Lady Jaye-Scarlett repaint. I want a resculpted Zarana that actually has her classic punk rock look. This custom completely lacks any kind of manacing look. Please Hasbro, don't give us this custom. Give us a new sculpt of the classic Zarana.

I love how Hasbro took the cowl and bird from the original Raptor and raped the original Alley Viper for his parts too.
But hose customs are awesome, and I would love to own them for myself...Especially the sarge

They won't do that, the whole reason they showed these customs was to show all the fans how customizable the new 25th figures are. I'm sure that if Hasbro does any of these figures, they'll have their own sculpts (Or close to it anyway ;) )

The figure I'm trying to figure out is Airtight....I see that the chest piece is from the never produced DTC Airtight, but has that chest piece ever shown up before, or was it sculpted specifically for the DTC figure?
