Who is the girl in the new issue of GI JOE #9? She almost looks like vypra but there isnt a name mentioned unless I missed it.

Her head kind of looks like this (without the sprue cage). Her body looks like a mixture of Helix's body armor and Baroness's armor with the snake belly patterning down the sides of her sleeves and pants.
