It should be illegal to not release the movie's opening in 5.1

I have to say that I am kind of disappointed with Shoul's BD release of the GI Joe movie. I got it yesterday and watched it today, and the video was incredible, but this is BD, and it is supposed to have uncompressed audio. Most of all, a 5.1 audio track exists, and they did not even bother to put it on here. Now, I can care less about the audio itself for the movie (although the hissing sound got annoying after a half hour), but the opening song should be in nothing less than 5.1 audio. It is a crime to have to listen to that theme in standard stereo.
