Sorry, nothing will beat that... that commercial created so much drama from the chest hologram elemental reveal moment. When me and my cousin used to play... I would show him the elemental symbol... and says stuff like "Fire beats Water" and he wouldn't care. LOL.

So far, all their product promos have sucked, and they've gone back to the drawing board twice. All they've done so far is buy the name, and done a shit job producing product that lives up to the history of the brand.

No, that's the latest attempt. If those appeal to you, yay for you. But they aren't battle beasts. They can call the line that, but it's a whole different thing and they're just banking off the original name. Hasbro's aborted relaunch of the line held a lot more promise, but never got off the ground.

Yeah, that video really didn't have anything special and the gorilla looked horribly cartoonish.

Though I wish they'd go for bigger feet. Big feet make for easy standing poses.

Same. If this is an actual line (which it seems as though it is) then without question i'm buying at least one. If a Rhino, Gorilla or Gator pop up i'm all over those.

You could bring together the original generation of figures with the new ones seamlessly. Pretty sure we will have ours somewhere. The Blue Ram was always one of my favorites!

Looks like the new figures are going to be larger in scale.. maybe 4"-6"? Not really appealing to look at though.. I think they should just redo the line like it was originally.. you could tell what kind of animal they were and they were fine with limited articulation.. so if anything, just figure out a way to give them elbow and leg articulation and be done.

The pics from SDCC just plain sucked.. Guess we will find out what the final look will be in 57 days.

Yes these are being released by Plastic Imagination not the company in the OP.

Apparently series 2 is all but done so i'm extremely curious as to what character types are going to be released in series 2 once Series one has been released.

I think a number of people were. I'm glad it was clarified as overcharging Canadians is a pet peeve of mine. Sellers often act like Canadians live on a different continent when shipping cost to the USA and Canada are very similar (almost identical when it comes to small packages ).
