Well, I thought that I would share some pics I took the other day of the Joes onboard the USS Flagg. My wife forbids me from setting up the Carrier except for certain times during the year. So instead I have resorted to just having the Tower displayed throughout the year. I bought some things from Marauder's a couple years ago. Never got to use them until now. I love Marauder's dio stuff, BTW. I also busted out some of my vintage Joes and mixed in a couple 25th Joes to take some pics. I took out the green computer from the bottom room and made it into the Joe's briefing room. I took out the weapon storage bin and made that a small infirmary for DOC and Lifeline. The empty hallway/room on the top floor I made it into Quarters for the Joes. All in all I had a blast doing this. I don't think I have ever spent this much play time on the tower when I had the USS FLAGG fully assembled. And that's because the tower was always up against the wall. Thanks for viewing!!!! Hope you enjoy the pics!!!!

looks great...awesome how the tower alone functions as a playset.

I wish hasbro would take note. I think that if they rereleased the Flagg in sections, that would help brake up the cost of the whole ship. The tower works as a playset, all by itself. The deck could double as a runway. Add the deck and tower together and you've got an airfield.use the hull and framing as the third set to complete the ship, or customizers could use the hull to start other ships.

Thanks. The tower alone is a great piece in itself. Alot of playability. When you add dio "furniture" to it, it gets even better.

If Hasbro re-released the USS Flagg with a more modern update to the tower that would be awesome. I would recommend raising the bridge area another inch and a half so all the computers and electronics can atleast be a little more than waist high with the figures. As of right now everything in the tower only goes as high as the knees a little on the figures. It looks kinda funny that the figures have to kneel or bend over just to use them. It looks so unnatural. Breaking up the ship for a "build a playset" would be cool. It would just have to be done correctly so everyone can atleast have a chance to buy all the sets. The tower alone is just as big as a MCC, if not bigger. The hull and framing could also be raised atleast another 4 inches along with the tower so there could be more room underneath the fightdeck. I think that would be asking to much though.

This!!! I would really appreciate a new or updated 83' Headquarters command center. I was digging the custom 83' HCC that was in that Habro made 2-parter "The Invasion of Cobra Island". A new static Headquarters is long overdue to me.

Thanks man!!! I been getting into taking pics of my collection lately since all they do is sit in boxes in my storage room. It feels good to just look at pics of stuff like this on the Tank or any joe forums.

I never had a Flagg up until a year and half ago. I always wanted one, but never came across one locally. I refuse to pay the high shipping cost to Hawaii. Then I came across one locally and pulled the trigger. It wasn't that bad 90% complete. Missing alot of small things, but it was a Flagg for a good price. I spent a carrier size amount of money to restore it to about 98.9%. But I was happy. Then as of this past Christmas I came across another one complete on Craiglist. I scooped up that badboy right away. Great price too. It was a variant Flagg with the more blackish flight deck. And the stickers were clean. Keel Haul was minty mint and the sounds of the loudspeaker gave me chills. If you ever get a chance to get one.....just do it. I haven't regretted my 2 purchases of the Flagg one bit.
