gotta give props to RaygeOn for hooking me up with a Best of the 80s DVD Battles Set! Thanks Ray! Was cool meeting you and can't thank you enough for hooking me up with this set!

Target in Nisky had mighty muggs, 2 of each. $8.99 each. Was weak and snagged Cobra Commander....sigh. Whats one more Cobra Commander in the house anyway.

Why don't they send them somewhere else, all the TRUs are dry but the new yrk city store had hundreds of them.

WM- Albany: I was so excited to find a Paraviper...and then I noticed, he had no goggles, and his lower arms were from Sgt. Flash.

Target-Albany: Reset not done nothing new.

Walmart in Scotia/Glenville had nothing last night, but the Action Figure Isle has been reset. They were still working on the rest of the department. Walmart in Cobleskill...same thing on isle resets and STILL nothing new in that store.

Walmart wash ave- going through their reset- ONE paraviper , buit some asshole opened him, stole the goggles, and stapled the bubble closed...and the POD dvd pack is there, but its butchered.

I also found Wave 12 at Target yesterday except the Ninjas!! and thats the one I wanted most lol but at least I stocked up on Python CG's.

hmm, Colonie target must have restocked this morning then. Stopped in last nite (someone called in so I said I would work the overnight) and that wave was picked over. Was kind of hoping to find a Zartan. Wish that Python CG was there yesterday. I did snag Airborne and Tripwire at the Nisky Target last nite, now I have a MASS Capsule for my MASS Device. Airborne is pretty cool though I bought both just for the fact that I haven't seen any new Joes in so long!

Kingston Walmart-Had 1 Sting Raider(Water Mocassin) I just missed the Ghost Hawk which I want more of
Kingston TRU-Just a bunch of Wave 10,Senior Officers Wave 2,and older vehicles
Kingston Target-Picked up Movie Masters Batpod for $5 some Indy Jones trucks for $5 there were still more UBP's for $38

Target in Saratoga had about 3 cases of Wave 12 out today. Picked up a Red Sigil Trooper and Diver. There is at least 2 of all the other Wave 12's except 1 more Trooper and no more Divers. All 3 Ninjas and PP CG's are there. Not goot paint applications on the CG's. Nothing of mention at the WM there or at Target in Latham.

Latham WM- put out 2 cases of wave 13 today. I grabbed the Resolute Troopers and left the rest there. Also one each of Water Mocassin and Ghost Hawk.

East Greenbush Target- Single figures are selling (or not) at $9.89. Same price as the comic packs.

Happier than a pig in messy filth, found another Best of the 80s DVD Battles set tonight at the Halfmoon Walmart! Love this set! Scotia Walmart had nothing, Cobleskill had nothing new either. Halfmoon did have the Serpentor and Pyramid of Darkness sets, Deep Six w/ Shark and the Firebat sets. Noticed nothing else new.

I went to a Target in CT. and they are starting to fill up with the Wave 4 reissue cards: Duke,Scarlett,Roadblock,Gung Ho,Destro,Stormshadow instead of restocking with Wave 12 or 13.I'm guessing the Cobra Troop Builder wave will be next.

Anybody shops for Joes in Brooklyn, NY? I'm from there and we only have two or three Target retail stores along with two TRUs. Everytime I look for Joes in NYC I turn up dissappointed. Has their been any new sightings in Brooklyn as far as Joe stock since the new year???

Hay man there is a bunch of us from brooklyn and the stock here s@#*s. I know i get alot of my stuff on line or from trades. The city has a couple of comic shops that are flooded with wave 11 12 and 13 but its 11 bucks a fig. Sometimes i grab a fig or 2 if i cant find it on line. midtown comics check it out..Anyho iam from the coney island area where you at?

Midtown comics got joe and tru in time sq to .i hit tru on friday and got more wave 13, 3 blowtorch,2 cobra trooper,1 duke, and 1 cobra commander.i got more joe in phila pa this last weekend and i hit the winter toys show in nj to whatup destro is the guy in the red north face jacket..

Target Clifton Park- Grabbed another UBP for $15.74. There is one left. The Bubble is crushed, but everything is there. You will find it in the clearance aisle by Sporting Goods. I did not expect to find any single carded figures...but laying behind the GI Joe vehicles I found a Cobra Diver and that crappy Ninja Viper. Took the diver and left the rest. Also if anyone is looking for Airborne, there are 2 on the pegs.

Target east Greenbush has 2 each of the IG,R&R,and Deep 6 packs +1 each of the S.E. and the Mainframe packs single figs were the re release of Desto,C.C.,Storm Shadow and they had Resolute C.C. and Torch...nuthin else new but they do have a military desert buggy that looks amazing close to being a Joe product...looks ALOT like an AWE striker but with a seat where the cannon is...
Walmart EG nothing new...some W.Bills...
Kmart EG had ONE figure...a Jet pack Duke...and a Sigma 6 robot thing.LAME.

I checked out the Buggy but I don't think its made well.I'm actually thinking about getting one of those 1:18 scale Abhrams tanks on the bottom shelf for my Joe greenshirts and put the stickers for the Mobat on it.BTW I found the all Cobra troop builder case at Target

Yes it is. There is a trooper assortment that is starting to surface with Air Trooper, Red Ninja, Snow Serpent, CG, Viper, Paratrooper and the Red Sigil trooper w/black mask (the last figure in the case escapes me right now). Check on BBTS. They should have that case listed. Also, Bionic Commando has those pics in another thread with pics of the backs of the cards and they are different.

Walmart in Mohegan Lake has 6 each of the Tunnel Rat and Shockblast comic packs.They also got in 1 case of the new vehicles I got another Ghost Hawk Boo-Ya and left the behind the Sting Raider.The 12" figure of Shockblast actually looked ok with all the accesories but I still won't collect that doll-line.

I returned some Resolute Troopers at Tru in Jefferson Valley.K-Mart in Yorktown Heights has pegwarmers for $9.19 ouch.They still had some of those huge AT-TE Walkers and Big Millenium Falcons on clearance for any Star Wars fans.K-Mart in Mahopac had zilch for Joes just Firebats and Desert Awes.
I returned some BATS at The Poughkeepsie Target and they had 1 Tunnel Rat comic pack there

Of course anytime! I rally like the Shockwave figure. His accessories are very cool, Tunnel Rat too. The Storm Shadow reminds me of Shredder form TMNT lol.

I went to TRU thinking, Best of the 80s DVD. I was disappointed when I saw the Greatest Battles DVD set. That set's got to be the lamest thing put out in this line.

Well guys it been fun but it looks official now.I won't be posting any more findings anymore for the year since wave 13 single and wave 8 comic-packs are it no more being made after that only movie toys which will be clogging the shelves just like Indy Jones toys.I'll let you other guys do the postings of "I just found Movie Duke and he is awesome!!!","Movie Baroness found in WallyWorld and she is now my default Baroness!".......blah even though I admit some look nice it just still leaves a feeling of blah

Lurking for a bit- I shop the WNY area mostly northtowns- Collecting 25th anniv- late getting in- have most waves, need to track down a few vehicles and dvd packs.

Today at Walmart Blvd had nothing new
TRU blvd has wave 2 combat heroes, new dvd greatest blue box pack and Ghost Hawk was there as well

Picked up the PP Conquest and the Tiger Rat at the Latham Target. They still have 1 of each. Only Target I have seen them at so far. WM in Clifton Park has a Sting Raider. Picked up a Cobra Diver and Wave 12 Trooper at the CP Target. Target in CP still has a trooper and everyone else from Wave 12 x2 except for Divers. TRU in CP has 4 of the Greatest Battles DVD pack.

its funny, cause I LOVE the reg.Rattler and hate the Tiger force colors; and I like the colors of the P.P,but dont like the Conquest lol

$29.99 each. Which is the same as TRU. They also had a discount code for $15 off a purchase of $75. So I ordered 1 Cobra, 1 Joe and 1 Resolute. With the coupon code The shipping and processing costs were taken care of as well as another dollar or too. The code was "padawan" but it is/was for 6 days only, not sure when it is over. Also, all three were "in-stock" and will ship within 24-48 hrs of the order placement.

TRU in Colonie has the new Cobra and Joe 5 packs. They had about 5 of each there. Have mine coming from Brianstoys.com. Left all there. New chrome faced-Fixed Hands Viper looks very cool. They also had a Blowtorch. No Resloute 5 packs yet though. Nothing of mention at the Target in Colonie or WM on Washington Ave.

Saw the 5 packs at TRU as well. 2 Cobra and 3 Joe packs left. The new viper looks very cool...but I won't spend $30 for him. I'll wait for the Hall of Heros to show.

Latham WM put out Wave 13. Found the Resolute Trooper card, but the Trooper and bubble were missing. Whomever you may be, consider yourself a Jackass!

Ok so I made a mistake I guess I will still be spending money this month after all.I forgot these were coming out.For all you capital region guys since you're the only ones here that post their findings I wanted to give a heads up Walmart should have 5-packs in your area soon too.They were $24.97 each I plan to get a bunch of Resolute packs so if anyone just wants the flying Duke or black Resolute Commander I have to sell extras.

Yeah, don't think I could every bring myself to order from Brian's Toys or ever do business with him, but its a long story for another time. I did sneak over to TRU today and snagged 2 Cobra sets and 1 Joe set as well as another Resolute Cobra Commander I needed for the silver mask. I was weak...been so good for so long though...

Heads up also, the CT GIJOE SHOW is Sunday MARCH 1ST. Just a little over a week away. Hopefully will see some of you guys there this time. I did talk to Kozin (who puts on the shows) and I believe he expanded the hall of the show so its now twice the size it was going to be. I'll probably talk to him in a day or two and double check. Its a cool show, and I don't think I've missed one yet. Going down on Feb 28 and hang out at the hotel...rumors of beer.. :)

As of 9am, WM Glenville had 4 Resolute 5 packs and 1 each of the Joe/Cobra 5 packs. With tax each is $26.97. I tried to post this morning but could't get into the site.

WM Washington Ave- Put out wave 12. I took 2 divers and left 1. I also left the Red Sigil Trooper.

got a 25th carded Air trooper at Walmart latham!they had the Resolute wave including Blowtorch there...pegs were OVERFLOWING but mostly older figs... target latham has the new colored jets, and Roadblock, Gung ho, Wraith couple others...

I saw that the other day. I held it in my hands for a while, along with a few others, and decided to put it back. I'm glad you got it!

didnt get the chance...arg. stopped at Walmart Glenmont toy aisle tonite while grocery shopping and saw that some SCUZ BUCKET returned the Tunnel Rat /Storm Shadow pack, with stormy replaced with i think Slice? (white ninja with black sunglasses) T.R. was missing his neck bandanna and his holster/bullets...but they were nice enough to replace the Storm S.'s silver face mask with a generic green helmet and switched out the comic with some Devils due book...thats TWO 2 packs that will sit on their shelf...

yeah, snagged one of the Resolute sets, this afternoon from the Scotia/Glennville Walmart. Just wanted the silver part of the helmet off of Cobra Commander and my buddy wants the BAT. Very suprised by Duke in this set, he is rather cool. Same old WildBill and Snake Eyes w/ Timber that have been there FOREVER...was nice to see the new 5 packs though.

Yeah I picked up 2 Marvel Universe figs from K-Mart wanted more but spent too much already and they were $8.99.I think these will fit well in my Joe squads.I picked up big head Punisher which will be rare and harder to get because he is being replaced from the shipments with a new and fixed Punisher.I also got X-Force Wolverine with his black suit he looks like a Joe member.I also caved in and picked up the 2 new jets from Target I wanted to pick up both Python X-30's but had to leave 1 each behind without enough money to spend.It was a good weekend haul.

Well i will post my finds today. But i dont think any one here lives in my area. Target on the belt parkway has wave's 10,11and 12 no eel one of each of the rest. NEW comic packs wave 6,7 and 8 both res packs x 2 no new five packs no new vehicles but they hade wave 1 and wave 2 combat heroes and wave 1 mighty muggs. Plus as an added bonus they hade some 12 in figs snow job, an eel and some other ones to many to list.

Walmart Glenmont repacker has done it again! Pilot destro switched out for regular IG Destro..Shockblasts blue helmet switched out with a green one..hes also missing his vest (but given cobra troop webgear.yay.) his upper legs were also switched out with ..Vipers, i think...thats one set of both 2 packs that will sway on the pegs cause no one will buy them.they still have 2 firebats, a sharc, a sting raider, a ghost hawk and a televiper/pod set...lots of revision singles

I personally have not seen this DVD pack on shelves in person anywhere.

East Greenbush Target has a Cobra Diver and some other Troop case figs. E.G. WM has a full case of Wave 13. Target in Colonie had another Wave 11 case out today. Picked up the EEL.

yeah, I was thinking they could be a tactical unit of the Crimson Guard asigned to protecting Cobra Commander, kinda like the non suit/tie Secret Service. Been playing around with the CG head on the Red troopers but just not totally sold on it. That and I like the classic Cobra Trooper look of the head/helmet combo. Besides, most of my CG are escorting CC and the Baroness into the Underworld to find gold to fuel Cobra. LIttle wall dio I'm working on. Maybe I'll take a couple pics later.

Anyone sees any Indiana Jones "Salah" figures at walmart for $1, lmk, I need the torches.

Well guys it finally happened. Last night I saw the first "repacked" Resolute 5 pack that I have seen at the Target in Latham. I figured that the BAT would be a sure bet for this. So, someone returned this Resolute 5 pack with the Resolute BAT missing and replaced by a regular BAT with green knees and a Legions Cobra Commander head. Nice work scumbag.

Other than that they had about 4 each of the new planes and a few of the troop builder case on the pegs. Also a few each of the new Joe/Cobra 5 packs.

Ya know, I really don't get this. If you don't want the extra figures out of these multi packs, as has been the case with me in the past, you just list the extra figures you don't want on ebay. You usually end up getting what you paid for the set minus the cost of the figure/figures you wanted out of it and it probably takes less time to take a snap shot and toss it on ebay then it does to unpack, then repack the set and drive back to the store. I don't get it. Washington Ave Ext. Walmart has some of the DVD Sets on clearance and some have the whole body parts swap going on.

Really gotta find out who this is. I know walmart used to ban people from their stores for crap of this nature as they saw it as theft, not sure what Target/TRU and such do.

I did snag an Eel the other day at the Rotterdam Kmart, was Not On File (NOF) so the superviser told the cashier to hit a seris of keys, said "hmmmm, $2.99" so I was extra happy getting an Eel for $2.99. I was getting ready to say something but the supervisor just looked at me and said don't worry about it. Forgot to post it last week. They DID have a regular Wraith and what not from that wave.

so I've got my quota of Resolute Dukes for some projects with todays hunt as well as a Cobra Paratrooper from the Colonie Target (still some left) so I'm pretty happy.

Anyone know what the Resolute Sets are ringing up for at TRU on Wolf Rd? Heard rumors of some TRU having them ring up at $16 and change. Might pick up 1 or 2 more at that price. Have not been interested in the Resolute stuff but its starting to grow on me.

Hmmm... I know that the price tag on the shelf says $29.99. Would be pretty sweet if they did ring up for $16.99 though. If anyone finds out please post!

Has anybody in Brooklyn or Manhattan been successful in finding any Target Exclusive Rattlers (Blue Color)???...
I went to the TRU in Times Square and they are ridiculously overpriced for their Joes. I wont go there again...

snagged a Resolute 5packs from the Halfmoon Walmart tonight. There is still one left if someone is looking. Also had a Resolute Carded Cobra Commander. I snagged the last carded Resolute Duke. Wierd thing is as I opened my 5pack tonight, had a Viper filecard stuck in there instead of an Officer Filecard, and had an extra Cobra Trooper stand instead of Officer. No big deal but odd.

Nothing new at Scotia/Glenville or Cobleskill Walmart.

Saratoga Springs WM has a lot of Wave 12, at least 4 Cobra Divers. Target there has about 3-4 cases worth of the Troop Builder case, including 2 Divers.

target in jersey city got the comic packs but for like 13.95 i did see a new revision case with major blood and some 25th carded figures scarlet and some cobra vipers, and alot of assorted waves.. still looking for the best of dvd pack and eventually the python conquest..

Tons of Python Conquest and Tiger Rats in Brooklyn Junction Target. They were on an endcap and on the shelf as of this past Sunday.

No Alpine left...never was a huge Alpine fan and the figure didn't do anything for me so I just tossed them on ebay to get some money back on the money I spent on the sets. I'm sure once the movie figures are out and that whole thing starts to die down a bit Hasbro is going to go back to these molds and continue to use them so we should see them released again. Hoping the use Cobra Commanders helmet again, its not perfect but its as close as the Big H will ever give us.

Any Resolute warming the pegs anywhere around the Capital District?

Yesterday TRU in NYC Times Sq had a huge selection of Indiana Jones at $5 each, but the secret is that most of them were at the CASHIER, very few in the section.

Also had Gotham cops w'commissioner Gordon for $9 on clearance.

Interesting. Nice find. The WM in Johnstown has 1 Sting Raider, 2 Resolute 5 packs, lots of Firebats and Sharcs and a Cobra Commander (Battle Mask) on 25th card.

Was at the Walmart in Hudson last night and they had:Resolute Trooper,Resolute,Cobra Commander,Cobra Diver,Ninja Viper,IG Destro,Regular Destro,Wave 13 Firefly and about 4 Resolute 5-packs.
Was at Fishkill Walmart a few days ago and I found 1 Big Millenium Falcon for $60.I though about picking it up but I didn't since I wasn't into Star Wars but then I changed my mind and thought of using it as a Cobra base but it was gone the next day.Hope it went into a happy home and not a reseller.The couple times I've been to Fishkill at around 10ish pm.There is always this same older guy in a hat that goes through the pallets every night.I asked one of the overnight workers about him and they said he checks the deliveries every night at 10pm.I see him going through Hot Wheels but then I see him go through other toy sections and then eyeball the Joes.I hope he's just a big collector of all toys and not an E-Bay seller

Yeah it is badass.Actually there were other cool stuff I saw at TRU I wouldn't mind having(I still feel like a kid when I shop there lol)but my funds are kind of tight right now and just saving enough for the new wave 5 vehicles and a bunch of those online 7-packs.Nitpicking through some Marvel Universe has kept me occupied while no new Joes are out.Although I might finally cave in and get that clearance Narnia castle at $24 I think for a Iron Grenadier castle

WM on Washington Ave has a Cobra Legions pack. All the figs were correct and complete-it's not a repack return. FYE in Crossgates had H.O.H. BAT, Zartan, SS, Beachead, and 2 Snakeyes. Also, a Res. Trooper and Res. CC.

not aware of any places locally that sell vintage 3 3/4" or 12" for that matter. Not aware of any flea markets either. Perhaps in a year or so there may be Joe goodness though but I can't go into that right now ;)

There's a flea market on Crane St in Schenectady near Altamont Ave that has some old toys. They have some Joe vehicles in packages, but I didnt notice any figs. They also have other toys and a bunch of Star Wars. I havent been there in at least 6 months though. They are only open Friday, Sat and Sunday.

I found a beat up Rattler, an OLD Joe lunch box and a decent Mauler at a thrift store in Coxsackie, but that was the ONLY time ive found anything in a flea market/thrift store...last summer I hit a jackpot at a garage sale,so id start checking them out as its getting warmer...

Ok, the Scotia/Glenville Walmart is a common place for me to check as its really close to work. Was in there one day last week and noticed a red dot on the carded figures. Ok, must be like a sign that they have ordered more, since the pegs have been empty for a while now. Next day go to check on my way home from work, the labels are flipped so you can't see what goes there. Are we going to have a void of Joes at Walmart until the Rise of Cobra stuff hits?

Anyone else notice this around?

Ok, so I'm getting a little movie toy excited. I got Storm Shadow from China in the mail today, and he is pretty cool I must say. Tonight on my way home I noticed the Scotia Walmart got in pallets of Transformer 2 Movie toys. Obviously not on sale until the 30th ( I want a Ravage :) but I got that tingly feeling like I used to get when I was a kid. Oh, they also had a boat load of Star Wars cases too. Mostly the same waves. Just nothing I'm looking for in the Star Wars stuff right now.

Just a heads up to those looking for Transformers figures, the stores do have 'em.

Just a matter of them officially setting the shelves I geuss.
