Whats a Skystriker worth?

A friend of mine has a 98% complete Skystriker. Told him I wanted it. I haven't seen it, but he says it's missing a seat and the chutes. No yellowing or anything and I could care less about the chutes, but what should I offer him? I don't know whats a decent price and I don't wanna lowball him.

$ 35 when they make and come out with the new one. around this time next year. there going to need something big to get us older collectors back into the line. the ultimate guide to G.I.JOE has a mint loose complete at a $35- $60 vaule range. that was in 2005. so i would say since he is your freind offer him $75.

i sold one about 2 monthes ago for 80.00 plus shipping but mine was only missing one chute. it was really nice though. i would offer your friend about 40-50 bucks since his is missing both chutes. i dont think you would get more then that if you tried to sell it without them. if you chose to do so.
