One of the last projects I'm working on now that the GI Joe 8" line is coming to an end. I mean HIATUS.

Took the body of Sigma Strike Duke, Sea Ops Duke's head, and Lockdown's helmet to make this one.

Update!

I was gonna go with a darker yellow but the paint didn't pan out even after multiple coats. So I went with the same yellow that I used on Blowtorch (http://www.hisstank.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1516) instead.

Touched up the helmet and it's near perfect now. Still need to touch up the details on the body and limbs as well as another coat of green on the lower arms.

Still gotta paint the head as well. Can't think of a hair color to use.

Airtight had black or very dark brown hair in the cartoon if I remember correctly.

Yeah that's what I was thinking as well. I'm probably gonna drybrush some dark brown on top of the blonde hair.

Update!

Touched up the paint, painted the hands, drybrushed the hair and eyebrows, and did some detailing on the shoulders and backpack.

I haven't put on his shoulder pads, belt, or gun attachments on that teaser pic. :D

Wow Airtight and Blowtorch are both awesome. Honestly I never liked Sigma 6, but you've given it a new life.

Update!

Reassembled him. And decided to put on the accessories to see how he looks. After the pics I have to take off the accessories and do the clear coat on him and he's done! Oh I decided to go with the Long Range head that I had on my custom Dusty. So I the Duke head on Dusty and the Long Range head on Airtight.
