Maybe not fat... but he's built with a pretty big beer gut (compared to all the svelte and athletic 3 3/4 dudes) Ice Cream maker guy from the Empire Strikes Back (or... Willrow Hood or something if you know your EU)

This was a 'self' custom I did using his body (back before I worked the gut off) :)

Chap Mei did a very well proportioned "fat" guy photographer for the Dino line several years back. He had a t-shirt, beard, floppy hat, birkenstocks, cargo shorts, and a photog vest if you can find him.
