I bought a killer whale for $71 dollars on ebay. It's complete with box and blueprints. Is that a good price? I'm just getting back into the toys of my childhood and always wanted that toy. So I don't really know the going prices on stuff. How much should I pay for a headquarters?

Yea thats a good price if its unbroken. Make sure to check all the Horizontal and vertical vanes. Those are always broken cuz they're pretty fragile. I can't tell you how many whales i went through on ebay to complete my two.

thats a straight deal, i rember last winter when they were selling for around 150.00 and the night strikers were selling for 200.00, i baught a night striker and then ended up wanting to get rid of it because i just didnt have the room for it and could only get 120.00 for it, so i lost alot of money. so you got a deal!

a night striker is a total pain an the arse to find, so i just settled for the whale but i do want to find one some day. but 200 is the normal price for them ??

it was back then, i dont know what they are going for now, i havnt seen one in a while, im sure if i still had it i could get some loot out of it now just because there hasnt been one on ebay in so long, at least i havnt noticed one. i would say they range from 100-200 depending what kind of shape there in.

would $200 be a lot to pay for a Mail-Away Killer Whale sealed in the brown box?

if it was sealed i think you may pay more than that.

its a descent deal for sure, you have to rember these vehicles are over 20+ yrs old so for someone to keep them that long and not open them is hard to do. thats why people go nuts for certain items and pay serious loot for them. its never been touched or played with and it has centamental value to a lot of collectors so its the only way to get it "new" again.

I have a few cutters. I'm going to put it together as soon as I get it. I'm going to sell one of my whales though. All it needs is the directional things for the fans.
