I was wondering about this episode. One of the things I really like about the GI Joe line is how each character is given an individual look and personality, as opposed to just being generic looking green Army men. One of the things I really like is when a character has a tattoo that shows up on the figure.
In the episode Worlds Without End, it is mentioned that Steeler has a tattoo on his left forearm. I dont have the DVDs, so I cant look, but does the episode ever show any detail of what the tattoo looks like? I would like to try and paint it to the Steeler figure I have to give him a more distinct look, since he was one of the original 13 who did look very similar (with th exception of a few characters)

I don't have the videos either; but, I do have it dvr'd so I could take a look. Unfortunately, I'm not very tech savvy so, you'd have to use my typed description. (On second thought, I'm probably of no use to you on this question...)
However, its funny that you bring up this episode; because, I recently watched it. What ever happened to Steeler, Grunt, and Clutch? Did they stay in the alternate dimension or was there a later episode where they returned?

Thanks for the help. I guess the episode never showed a better detailed pic than that.
@Balaclava, yes Grunt, Steeler, and Clutch stayed behind in the alternate world ad as far as I kow never appeared in the series again. My guess the reason the writers did this was to give a reason why a few of the original charaters were phased out to make room for the newer characters beig released

Actually they made it back for the GI Joe movie to fight cobra la. It doesn't say how or y they are back. Probably an oversight by the writers.

Blackjack and MadsDad,
Thanks for the info. Perhaps this explains Grunt's later look...

Pretty sure Grunt was in the background at least once like three episodes after Worlds without end.

Hard to tell since he didn't look very different from the generic greenshirts that used to fill out the ranks of the team before new characters were introduced.
