Don't get mad - I've posted this like 4 times in various places.

The water makes them look wider than they actually are. One of them is walking out behind SS after his tank was burst. You can see the other person is still in their tank in the same shot as SS leaves.

Based on the leaked scene info and the pics, I believe we're seeing shots of CC being busted out of prison by SS and possibley Destro being left (perhaps both in some type of suit as a result of nanomites).

It could be, the chrome mask looks similar to the one he's wearing in the pic with President Zartan & Firefly. Also, the last time we saw Storm Shadow was when Snake Eyes stabbed him and he fell into the ice water and he was shirtless when that happened too......could be a scene from very early in the movie maybe? But what about Destro & Baroness? They were all locked up by the Joes and Destro was locked up with Cobra Commander. Did Destro & Baroness escape and they went off to form the Iron Grenadiers for the third G.I.Joe movie?

And with the EE camera shown during the Presidential address by Zartan, that is most likely hinting that Extensive Enterprises is behind the scene so maybe Tomax, Xamot and the Crimson Guard will make an appearance in this one too?

Yes, the girl in red is Lady Jaye, but people won't shut up and accept it. I think the guy behind Stormy is CC after being freed from the tube, they (the Joes that put him in there) probably gave him the mask because whatever liquid is in the tube would mess with his skin. He keeps the mask on and build the armor around it, as you can see on the troopers the Cobra helmet is open face, it's entirely possible he's wearing the same helmet just over his Bacta Tank mask.

I took the scene with the tubes to be Storm Shadow escaping/being liberated from some sort of recuperation chamber (you do see him submerged in bluish fluid). The guy in white behind him looks like some kind of Viper variant that's doing the liberating (he doesn't look wet)

Maybe Stormy and some other folk (Neo-Vipers?) were collected from the icy water after the battle at the end of ROC by the good guys.
