Hey everyone!!! Just wanted to take a moment to let you know about our 2nd annual toy show coming up in 2012!
It's called the Michigan Action Figure Expo and takes place in Battle Creek, Michigan on the first Sunday in May, May 6th, 2012!
Our first show, last year, was a lot of fun for our dealers and patrons, and we're really looking forward to our next show! Our dealers have a wide variety of pop culture items for sale including, but not limited to, comics, movies, games, posters, and customs with a focus on action figures!!!
We have invited the Great Lakes Garrison 501st to return, as well, as our guests of honor, to meet and greet our patrons, as well as pose for pictures to create exciting memories of the great time everyone is sure to have at the show!
The show is set to take place at the Battle Creek Masonic Center in Downtown Battle Creek from 9am(early entry/10am regular entry) until 5pm EST.
There will be great door prizes for those who attend, as well as AWESOME raffle prizes that will be raffled off during the show, including some rare and exclusive, hard to find items, including an exclusive hand drawn TMNT sketch and a signed TMNT comic, generously donated by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Co-Creator, Kevin Eastman(see pics below)!!!
Admission prices are as follows: 9am early entry - $10; 10am regular entry - $5; Kids 12 & Under - FREE!!!
We will also be hosting a charity toy drive that will be hosted by the Kalamazoo Area Jaycees! New, in package toys can be donated (donated items can be brought to the show or purchased at the show) during the show hours and will be distributed to area families in need during the following holiday season.
