30th Techno Viper Question

Since I have yet to be a proud owner of a 30th Anniversary Techno Viper, I have a question to the ones that do have him.

Has anyone tried using the ARAH Techno Viper head on the 30th Techno Viper body?

I plan on doing this once I get some Techno Vipers. I have the ARAH heads waiting to be modded to fit.

And if you have done this, provide pictures. I would want to see the results.

I haven't done it, but it doesn't seem to me like the purples would match on the two figures. The purple on the 30th seems lighter than I remember the ARAH figure being. I'd also like to see pics if anybody has done this.

Doesn't one of the sites like brokenarrowtoys or Slayer have an ARAH mold for the ME figures that you could paint? Again, matching the colors would be the trick.

Haven't done it, but pretty sure the colors are different. Also why would you want to do this? The new head definetly has better/sharper detail than the original.

Why would one do this? The 30th TV is such a magnificent figure as is.....

I would want to because of the customs that I have seen of the Techno Viper with the ARAH head dremmeled out as helmets. Call me old fashion, but I do prefer the ARAH helmet over the ME helmet. But who knows, my mind may change after I actually get the damn thing.

what states the eye of the storm loacated in? because they are showing up everywhere, everywhere but here, that is. north jersey has a sighting, but not my neck of the pines.

I live in the Texas Gulf Coast area. Just 50 miles south of Houston. I put the eye of the storm meaning the eye of a hurricane. But I've been wanting to change it to the eye of the drought. We haven't seen much rain for a while until yesterday actually. But most of our lakes are pretty much dried out.

They were used in the comics like that.

Okay, okay. I now have 12 Technos and I do like the ME helmet. But I am planning on changing the colors to look more like the ARAH colors.
