Let's See Some Cool Stuff: Hisstank Edition!

Hey all,

Some of you know that the tfw2005.com ToyArk forum has a thread called "Let's See Some Cool Stuff". It's a thread where people post some great pics of various toys. Some folks Photoshop 'em, some put up pics of their latest "holy grails", and some just post shots straight outta' the digicam.

Well, I figured I'd give that a shot here.

My faves so far on the Joe side (since I still can't find Wave 2 or beyond) are Flint and Roadblock. Recently, I picked up the BBI Blackhawk and had a few BBI army guys lyin' around, so I figured I'd snap some pictures of it all:

Thanks again. Unfortunately, I'm one of the few that doesn't actually have a site (the link in my sig goes to my Photobucket page).

I'd be happy to start up a thread with some information on taking these shots, but there are plenty of people who know a lot more than me about the subject. I'll start that thread the next time I have work's camera at the ol' apartment ;) Hopefully then, those people can contribute as well.

In the meantime, just set up some lights, don't use your camera's flash, and see what you come up with. I'll get more in-depth later.

You'll find that once you order from him, it's hard to keep from coming back again and again. His Python longcoats are just awesome!

Creativity like that does a lot for collectors; making him a well-known credit to the hobby.

Dark Awakening Zombie Prime...(1 of 2)

I wasn't going for 100% accuracy mainly because the damage changes throughout the scene(s) - In the cartoon he's got damage one way then in the next scene he has damage in a different way....:confused:

Made from Hasbro 20th/DVD edition Optimus Prime.
I added extra long smokestacks, painted gun flat black and added weathering details.

Also I switched the arm damage around just cause it works better for the figure.
