I know he is a marvel super hero, but his skill set doesn't really lend itself to GI Joe, like the way Captain America might???

Cobra commander surely has to be in it, like mentioned though he could be mainly cgi which means they would just need a voice to go with it, so theres still hope for those of us that want him in there. personally i want it to follow on from the first in as many ways as possibile

Shock Troopers, as much as I would like them to look like the figure I don't think we would be so lucky.

I didn't read to see if someone answered this but I recall another tanker mentioning Havoc from Sigma 6 or Gijoe Extreme... could have been Billy.
