I'm still new to the custom Joe thing, I'm used to making things look a little.... well different...

I dont know how many of you build model cars so I thought I would share some of the one I have done. I dont have many good pics of then as I just learned how to use my dads nice SLR digy camera only recently.

I have been building them since I was 7. Since then I have finished about 200 cars, have another 150+ in the works and then another 200 still yet to start. What can I say, I love cars...

Pic #1
This is a AMT '94 GMC Sanoma I started about 3 years ago. It's been modified with parts from a Civic, 90 S-10, '95 S-10, and scarp plastic... Lots of work to go...
The other one is a Aoshima Nissan Terano (Pathfinder in the U.S.). It's just been converted from a 4x4 to a mini truck that you can barly slide a Dime under..

This is my Tamiya Casotrol Supra... Nothing really speacal, just about 100 decals... ugh... But look sweet in person...

MY Revell '65 Impala... This one was fun. Wire wheels on a beat, rusted, and muti colored heavy Chevy.. Made for street beater class for a show about 5 years ago...

Those cars are sweet. I especially like the Toyota Supra Castrol version because it reminds me of my Gran Turismo 2 days. I also like the work you have done giving those old clankers rust. Now that is some talent. Keep up the good work and try your hands on some Joes if you are into that as well. If not the figures then definately have a go at the vehicles.

Nice. It's been years since I've done one. I used to glue pieces of thread in place for spark plug wires. I've got a couple of models in storage that I intend on assembling one of these days. Very excellent detail on those.

Nice, I love all the rust and damage. The one thing I never liked about model cars was how shinny and perfect. I can'r wait to see what you can do to a Joe.

I made this as a street beater. Something you would have maybe seen in the early '70's....

Amt '59 El Camino that I kit bashed with a '59 Impala. I used the motor, grill, hood trim, and some interior stuff... She's got cracks in the glass, and some other added nastyness... lol
http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t115/rockinrobin_5/modelcars/IMG_2577.jpg

the motor...
http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t115/rockinrobin_5/modelcars/IMG_2574.jpg

and the rear.. I like to use aluminum tubing for exhaust pips...
