Torpedo/Ninja Ku Question...

So unfortunetly my only Ninja-Ku broke the day I opened him...
So I was thinking I'll just use him for custom fodder but I couldn't think of who else to buy to mix with him. Then it hit me maybe mix him with Torpedo...but I don't know if it will work because I'm away from my joes at the moment. Does someone know or could you check if a Ninja-Ku or Storm Shadow head will fit on a Torpedo body?
Do you think this will be cool? I've never done a custom so I need some opinions.

No, not really, even if I did I wouldn't know how.
Besides, I've never done a custom so, what better time than now.
I also think it's a cool idea... C'mon someone try it, I can't right now.

Ninja Ku head looks good on non-ninja bodies. Try it on a Viper body or one of the all black Snake Eyes for a SWAT type figure. I'm not sure it would fit good on a Torpedo body because the Torpedo head sits really low on the peg. I've tried the Torpedo head on many bodies and it never really looks right.

It was the crappest thing I've seen in my life!
I took the figure out of the bubble, and I noticed the lower arm wasn't inserted all the way into the upper arm/shoulder(?)...
I swear I turned that arm once and it just fell off.
