This is for the "Kicking It Old School" category. Neo-Viper was one of the newest characters added once GI Joe adopted the new sculpts for the GI Joe vs. Cobra line.

The amount of sculpting, shaping, and cutting was staggering to make this guy in ARAH form with only ARAH parts. Getting the head right was the most time consuming. I almost didn't think I'd finish in time but after a few late nights, I was able to finish and get him painted and ready.

Beautiful sculpt job, I can't believe that head used to be Skidmark.

How did you make the mask? Sweet.....
The mask and helmet is made with epoxy putty, which after setting I had to meticulously carve and detail with my rotary drill and my sculpting tools...

That is really so awesome! Surprisingly, this is the one new sculpt figure I'd love to see in 25th/Modern style.

First time I saw this I thought it was just a Neo Viper head on a vintage body.
I can't believe you sculpted that head yourself, awesome work.
