Nice "variant". You can see completely see the top right hand side of the bubble has been tampered with. Ask the seller for a close up of it, I doubt they will even respond.

I saw that auction too. Nothing like dropping over 100,000 dollars on toys. You could get multiple cars or a down payment on a house. Either way I asked the BAT seller for detailed pics. I'm betting I don't get them. Any takers?

He changed it because of me....I emailed him about it. He said he bought it last night at Walmart....and is worried that he bought a piece of crap. He is emailing me pics of the top right of the bubble so Ill let you know here is hes Email response to me....

I e mailed him too and I got a response that pictures were sent but they weren't. At least there is a good picture of the bubble in the auction. How could you not see that when you bought it!!? Or are we looking at the culprit? He should at least sell it loose, it looks super shady selling it in a new BAT's card and bubble.

but he did wrong, I personally think the seller should have inspected the item more clearly, so see if it was possibly opened

This person clearly used the word variant incorrectly and attempted to gain a profit from doing so. His ignorance has left him unreliable and the origins of his item questionable. Its bad business.

Prison is a waste of tax payers hard work for petty crime, his a suitable fine and community service would be better apllied.

He changed it. The original listing claimed it was a 2008 variant. After a tanker emailed him about it, he changed it.

Seems like the guy acknowledges it was re-carded from a swap..."UP FOR GRABS IS A COBRA ANDROID (released 2004) this action figure is in mint condition. This android was placed in the wrong card (bought from walmart like that.. seems someone went through alot of trouble to put it in a wave 9 card. this android will come in the card but I'm listing it as loose.
