Well I recently created the "how do you play with your Joes" thread and it seems that a fair percentage are like me and actually play real time, and just about everybody else poses.
Well, as a few of you may know, I am a huge articulation buff. That is one of the reasons I havent like the 25th much. Well at this point I have gotten to were I can buy just about any figure and have him bending 25% more in every area.... neck, shoulders, elbows, and especially the WAIST joint!
I was wondering if you all wanted me to document my simple modifications to each joe i get. It would be allsimple screw driver and x-acto knife work and I would walk you through how to do it(pics included).....

i'd be interested, but for my tastes, I've found most figs bend 90% to the degree I'd like... but I'm always interested in some simple mods for my extras...

Ive just realized that a little bit of gutsy xacto knife work goes a long long way. I think my guys generally bend about 90% what I expect out of a toy but 75% from what I WANT in a toy, thats what has made me whip out the xacto the fact that you really can get a huge difference with an xacto, I can get em to that 75% level that I have always wanted out of toys.

I'm 100% sure that I want my 75% articulated figures to be, roughly 10-20% more articulated. That would make my currently 75% articulated figure, now 85%-95% articulated (As compared to that previously mentioned 75% of articulation that comes out of the box).
Maybe I'm only 95% sure...
ARTICULATION!!!!!! PERCENTAGES!!!!!
Yes please make us some tutorials. More bendy please.

so far I've already cut the elbows (shaved) of a few of my figures (duke, Cobra troopers, Firefly) for a better articulation and holding there guns like soldiers!

haha nice work paulpratt, I am now officially ashamed of my percentages. Ill make it withing the next few days for B.A.T. and Serpent since those seem to be the best sellers. But keep voting!

Maybe this will start a revolution! If everybody started making these it would make it obvious that we want more articulation and maybe hasbro will here us out and look at our adjustments and build them into the molds. That would be sick!
