Sooo... Iwas looking through my older guys and I forgot I have sooo many 1982-1984 figures in superb condition in the GI Joe case (the red one)

Which leads me to realistic values. When I went to Comic-Con there were dealers selling old 1982-1990 characters in little round cylinder cases for anywhere between $10-$90. He had a Storm Shadow that looked semi decent with all his stuff for $60. Well Dam! I got a perfect condition Mail-order Hooded Cobra Commander!

So It got me wondering... Out of the older guys, who do you think would rate more value on EBay or a collector site?

I can't figure out what I wanna do...

most loose figures are worth no more than $10. if you have all accessories and file card it bumps it up a few bucks. i went to a vintage store today and bought an almost mint 1985 snow serpant, old school hiss driver and a mint 1985 xamot for $15. at joe con snow serpants were $25.so it just goes to show , who wants it bad enough.i bought a 1984 cobra rattler with wild weisel for $40. at joe con the price was way off the scale. so to me its kind of a convienience charge.

why I was expecting $450 each of course!

J/K... no I was just wondering seeing as I never really started following the actual value factor of action figures until last year.

The reason I am asking was the odd prices I saw at Comic-Con..

I saw Zandar for $50 bucks loose and mine was in way better condition. SO it got me thinkin...

why is it v2 snake eyes is so valuable? seems to me people would pay more for the v1. a few years ago when i ran into my old collection, i found that someone had stolen my v2. i've still got all the weapons, filecard, etc., but i need the figure by itself. i watch this on ebay now and then, and it always goes for more than i'd pay. kills me, haha

If you watch ebay usually you can find big lots of file cards.I see lots of 5-100 all the time.Seems like the average cost is about $1 a piece in the auctions i've watched. Also joeparts is a great source for odds and ends.If your only looking for a few random things.Prices are a little high, but no shipping cost and pretty good selection. File cards there are about $3-5

I'm kicking myself for losing that dam Sgt.Slaughter baton.

The one I have was the original mail in... man I remember hopping up and down like an idiot when the mail came and that figure was in there....
