I'm going to start taking some of the screen shoots from the Sunbow cartoons and start giving them what I call "a face lift". Maybe I can turn the images into custom trading cards or posters of some sort. Here is a test of the first image that I had done this afternoon.

The smoke looks awesome. Try to dull down the pink a bit. It dominates their reflective masks.

fierce krypton What I mean by face lift- is that I am adding reflections and shadows to the Sunbow cartoon images.

paulpratt That color you see in the Commander's and Destro's helmet is the reflections of the sky/sunset. Here it is with less, but maybe it's too much.

That looks much better. Without a reference to the sunset it looks really odd.

That does look awesome, the only critique I have for it is that the positioning of the smoke in the background almost makes it look as though the Cobra soldier was placed above the smoke, distorting the perspective.

If you could add a bit more smoke right above his head, I think the image would look just that much better!

Otherwise, it looks fantastic!

Destro needs a hairy chest...that's what the PDD was missing - shload of chest hair, making his necklace barely visible....

Uh... something tells be that would be even more uncomfortable. Imagine his chain ripping out grips of chest hair.

wow!...it looks great, much crisper and sharper..it's like going from a tube TV to a plasma or LCD...my fave is the troopers in the background, they really come alive with their brightened blue and white...i would love to see the toons future re-release in a "Digitally remastered" format similar to this...
