just wondering why hasbro put cobra android trooper instead of battle android trooper,in essense,they should be called c.a.t.s...right?

HMMM... that may be why Hasbro went with Battle, not Cobra. Interesting idea though.

Maybe a Type that they are going to correct later on or they're going to make a variant with a tail and whiskers.

I didn't even notice - BECAUSE I STILL HAVEN'T FOUND ONE!!!

But CATs would be awesome - they should come with an attack claw. Unless they're like my cats, who sleep 23 hours a day.

Its because hasbro lost the rights to alot of the names n such to alot of JOE stuff. like nemesis immortal instead of nemesis enforcer and other name changes.

I found a B.A.T at Target, and it was stepped on so badly, that the paint was all smeared and waxed against the bubble and he was all contorted inside. People know we want to collect these, so they bash 'em up to be dicks. He was so squashed, not even worth army building. Too dinged up.

I think Hasbro has enough sense to not name something to have an acronym of the most offensive word in the english language

no, because their function or role is Cobra Android Trooper, and their names are Battle Android Troopers. the function and the name are separate. just like Mountain Trooper is Alpine's function, and Alpine is his name.

by your procedure, Eels name should be C.F. because it should be a direct abbreviation of the Eels function. it isn't because the characters don't follow that procedure. just because they include similar elements -- Android Trooper -- doesn't mean the name BAT is an abbreviation of it's function as a Cobra Android Trooper. the fact that it isn't should reveal that.

huh? the name and functions are the same as the original. the figure is named BATs, so they didn't lose that name, and the function is still Cobra Android Trooper, so they didn't lose that. what are you saying they lost and changed?

that sucks,but maybe you could have used him for a battle damaged b.a.t.?but either way,that sucks,good luck finding an moc,keep trying,there out there..(i think)...lol.
