Recently got my hands on Renegades Duke, so I decided to do a review on him. Click the pic or the link to check it out. It may be a bit wordy. It was my keyboards fault, I swear.

Cool review. I am tempted to pick this guy up but I have a lot of Dukes at this point (by choice) and right now I don't need another one!

Nice, and funny, review. I got one purely for custom fodder. I originally was gonna pick up all the Renegades stuff just because I liked the cartoon so much, but my bank account made the decision easier for me. So I just got him for a custom which I'll be starting on in just a few minutes. Not a bad figure, though.

heh seems like most are getting him for customs. I hope to find FF and Scarlett form the next line. I can do with or with out the others. .. I think

And thanks!

I bought this Duke for the sole purpose of kitbashing him into Erik Lensherr as he appears in X-Men: First Class.

Nice review - I like the mix of informative and entertaining writing.

As for the figure itself, I wish they'd done something better on the accessories front and I'd rather they melted those four pistols into two decent-sized ones that he could grip properly. And the Cobra Industries jet pack would've been a neat crowd-pleaser on a couple of levels.

Oh? You're going to post it when you're done, right?

yes! the jet pack. I forgot about the jet pack. They totally could've added that in.

Maybe. It won't be too impressive to look at, since I'm only doing it because I like the character. He'll be in a black turtleneck and grey slacks. That's about all.

The double ball neck looks just like where a hinge for a prone neck would be! All the MU's with prone (or look up) hinged neck look like this. To bad they didn't follow through with it.
I bought several to customize into a prone swivel neck!

I don't really collect MU. Which one's have the prone neck joint?

the neck joint suuuuuucks and makes the torso worthless for customs.

...............i still bought two of them.
