anyone seen mass device dvd packs with another cobra figure replacing scuba baroness?

i saw it today at a toys r us...the figure looks like scrap iron but im not sure..i know they did some variants with the 5 packs where they put a quick kick in some of them but anyone seen these mass device variants??

My TRU had this happen with both DVD packs and they marked them down for clearance at $12.90 because both packs were missing one figure. I immediately jumped on this because they had everything else including the DVD, MASS device pieces, FCs and weapons.

Yep! TRU has done that. I was a SRO pack missing a Grunt that was marked down to about $11.
