Question on GI Joe item value?

I found that I have a Ben Cooper GI Joe halloween costume still in the sealed bag. It is a camoflage poncho with mask attatched. I checked on ebay, but they didn't have anything quite like it. Anybody know what something like this is worth?

It is sealed, and you can feel the mask inside.
