I love the tactical movements from the Cobra troops; they actually look competent. And the added danger element of using bullets instead of lasers...that just gets the blood pumping. I love the crowd reaction when Snake Eyes gives the hilt a twist!

I have to admit this cartoon doesn't look half bad. I like the Spawn-style animation and the killing sequences are nice. Let us hope that when the DVDs are released we can get adult versions with blood added in.

i am SOOOOO WAAAAY more excited bout the toon than the stupid movie...it looks so AWESOME!...hearing actual machine gun fire got me aroused!...okay, not really, but i wanted to convey my excitement...

i'm not trying to sound pompous, but i read the script, and it, coupled with the few pics i've seen, have left me less than excited for the movie...it seems too different than what GI JOE is/was to ME...i still think it will be a cool movie for sure, but like i've cried a million times before, it's not what i have been dreaming of for 20+ years...now the toon, THAT, without a doubt, is what i have been wanting to see, but live action...but i will def take it in toon form, as i love toons too...

I just watched the joe resolute clip and I have to say that IT'S AWESOME! IT KICKS ASS! Oh boy! I liked all of it specially the bit where Snake Eyes went in a killing frenzy against those poor Cobra Troopers. He reminded me of Metal Gear Solid's Cyber-Ninja.

That was hilarious, but boy did that quality suck. I could barely hear anything other than people cheering when SE twisted his sword into that soldier. Still, this looks great. Is it going to be on Adult Swim? When does it premier? Obviously it is going to start a brand new universe.
