C'mon Scarlett, there's dry ground, like, 2 feet behind you. Reach for it! Don't just stand there...
Nice drawing, though. Why do I get the feeling this is part of some larger "women in peril" portfolio?

Great again.
Could you pm me the "obscene" ones? :)

It's almost impossible to sink all the way in QS (although she doesn't have to know that!), but it'd make her a dangerously easy target if some random blueshirts show up, and make it difficult, if not dangerous, to call for help if she's behind enemy lines.
Again, some awesome work. Your shading, figure-drawing, and background detail have gotten a lot better since the last time I've seen your work.

oh wait... this is the joe forum .... :D

You must have some wierd fantasies of her, as can been seen through this painting and the other where you have her tied up. You could almost see the shape of her things.

nice shape. dirty... but still a fantastic picture. The coloring and style really pull you in. With a few minor modifications (i.e. not so sexy) this could easily been the cover to an Image comic. (w/out modification it's easily an Avatar comic cover :)

Beautifull shading and great details. If you were going for a sexy fantasy look then its spot on. Its hard to beleive Scarlet would be have that "helpless dame" look though.

Yeah, well...
I made a photobucket account and posted a link to it here,
but some moderator or something flipped out about it and erased it.
Not that it mattered 'cause it only took photobucket 2hours and 16 minutes to terminate that account.
Man, I just wish there was a place on the internet for my love of Scarlett's distress.
I mean, there's girls eating poop out of each other's butts, and that's okay somewhere,
but I can't find a place for stuff that took me 20 years to learn how to do.
What a curse.

And there's a place for your more explicit work somewhere on the internet, too - just not here! As has already been stated, feel free to post your non-explicit drawings here.

Maybe you could try the titles digitally in Photoshop next time. That way you can have the piece as a pin-up image, and the titles could be added later to show the comic cover version. That way you could "flare up" the sub title near the bottom.

WOW!!!
what a bunch of scavengers.
like I came here wanting to just fill your hard drives with dirty pictures.
I tell you what...
enjoy the two I posted and I'll be on my way.
this was obviously a mistake.
thank you to lo-wan bing for being the only one to even attempt to be helpful, I'll send you a message if i ever find a home for my work.
the rest of you can have fun playing with your dolls.
wow, you posted and said enjoy, no mention of seeking help and got nothing but complements.
why post these on a GIJOE fan board make mention of other works, then ridicule people for wanting to see the other works. I didn't care if they were "dirty", i just like the artwork

Lemme say something as a fanartist before the whole thread blows up and gets locked.
I'm not gonna try and excuse or defend Acidtester's post just now. That I will say is that artists like me can get pretty thin-skinned by all the requests, gimmies, or begging by people that don't know how much time can go into one piece.
That being said, I don't think anyone here really crossed the line, and almost nobody reacted to the pic with anything but love and appreciation. A lot of people who read the earlier posts carefully probably thought he made the offer to PM pics! The whole thing is likely just a misunderstanding.
That being said, Acidtester's response was still inexcusable. Obviously if people like our work, people wanna see more of it. It comes with the territory. If you don't want to supply "dirty pictures", then just don't draw them. Nobody's gonna force you.

Ditto, wow, so much for admiring work. Forget that I asked. I was only trying to be nice...
Some people are just so sensitive. But let's face it. Probably 90% or more of the collectors here are guys. So I didn't see any comment in this thread that was out of line.

The only one who said anything out of line, IMO, was acidtester. Play with our dolls? Dude, you just insulted every Tanker! Nobody was ever rude or condescending. If you weren't going to welcome remarks, especially compliments, you should not have posted your work.

i can fully appreciate the time and love that goes into something like this, but why post it for others
then. Is not part of the expression of art to share the art. His response smacks of superiority and pretension, perhaps he should try to get these into a gallery of some sort rather than post on a fan site and insult its members

Dude! That is some great work! Only one thing though, I think she would have more the look of disgust then being scared.... lol
Just an idea, but what about doing one of her and Snake-Eyes at the alter tying the naught.... Just an idea, and not X rated.... hahahahaha

Hay you came here posted two pictures and said you had more and to pm you want to see the rest of your art because you thought they might be "adult" themed. If they are anything like your cover art then the pics shouldn't be anything to worry about. When we pm'd you to say your arts good and yes I won't mind seeing what else you have done; you don't answer and you call all use scavengers on the forum. I think you came to cause a fuss with an attitude like yours you won't be missed.

Oboy, that's like the questions me and my friends put to each other after a couple beers (I draw, one guy raps, one guy does beats, and my nephew plays bass, we're a ghetto artist commune!), and you'd be amazed at how long and involving the discussions can get, usually ending with someone screaming, "BUT WHAT IS ART?!?!" :)
well i've already had a few beers so lets jam. I play a mean whiskey jug in a ho-down. but seriously i don't imagine picasso, dali or monet intended for people to not enjoy there work, not that I'm comparing them to acidtester,

Can't speak for those guys. Anything I do for free is purely for my own enjoyment/amusement, and every so often I let the rest of the world in on the fun. :)

Don't now if the author is even paying attention anymore, or if this was mentioned, but make sure when you draw/ display the flag that the field is on the left. The field is always on the left. I'm going to post this on the other drawing too.
