View Full Version : Call list...Crazy Idea?

I had an idea, I wanted to see if everyone thought it was crazy or not.

Since the 25th Joes are so hard to find and I keep seeing posts along the lines of "I found wave 3 at this Target! I left half a case" Then the reply would be "I went there but they were already gone"

So my idea is everyone from each city or area that has fellow collectors in it trade off phone numbers so if you're in the store and find some new figures that others are also looking for, you can call them and let them know. (For me since I work 30 minutes away from where I live, I would include 4 cities in my area, but that's me)

So, could it possibly work, or has lack of sleep turned me brain dead :)

(BTW anyone in the North Carolina Triad area (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Kernersville) who wants to try this out, I'm game)

I think it's a good idea myself. However, I believe Griffix is the closest regular posting member here to me and we don't seem to have much overlap. For others though it might work out well.

Well I've posted the official call list for my area in the Sightings catagory. Might as well make the Triad a beta test for this :)

That sounds like a good idea, I am actually thinking about a email list to inform people that I found stuff and vice versa. I just need time to do it.

I think I'm all alone here in Utah. Hahaha! But I'll post what I find in my other thread. So far a guy here needs Lady-J and CC.
