Good quick review. I agree with this:
I’d definitely say that the Iron Grenadier is the weakest entry for the first wave of 30th Anniversary figures.
I prefer the POC version better than this.

It was fun, but I realize I get burnt out if I have to do this out of obligation rather than my own enjoyment.

LOL that may be so, but don't forget the Hazard Viper. Technically the IG is a different enough figure as well.

Just got a 30th Stalker and he's awesome; probably the best example of making a figure from entirely re-used parts.

Just opened my Stalker and he's great. The only thing I don't like about him is the submachine gun. Yes, it's the same the original Stalker came with but that's the problem, it feels out of place when put in the hands of a modern updated figure. I much preferred the submachine gun that came with the 25th Ann Stalker (http://www.yojoe.com/action/07/sgtstalker9.shtml). (I'm a gun novice so anyone that provide the real life names of these rifles would be appreciated).

I have Stalker and Hazard Viper but they are still MOC. I have not had any time to open them up (or any of the other toys I have bought recently) but your reviews make me really want to bust them out!

Well i see your point but for some of us out there who didnt see ANY PoC IG's, this one will do fine.

Thanks for the reviews on each of the figures, like you said some are good some are bad and some i feel are on the razors edge. Overall i like the new figures and some have improve or more articulation over the rest.
