I just went on another Ross hunt and came up with some positive results - the 163rd St Ross I mentioned earlier had a single Fury that I left behind and when I went to another Ross on US-1 I found two Furys and two HISS tanks. I bought the four of them, but if someone in the Broward/Miami area would like my extra Fury, just let me know! : ) I dig the Fury, but don't see myself needing more than two.

I do like the new VAMP but that red suspension sucks ass. Someone said that Hasbro did that because a red suspension in the racing community is supposed to mean something. I guess that is good for them, but the VAMP isn't a racing vehicle and it really makes it look like crap. The suspension doesn't even function that well. That is the only negative thing about it. Other than that, it is a great vehicle.

I don't think is a problem with Hasbro, Stuff like that is sent to the stores before it's release date, Like I said before, they're trying to burn off old inventory. I got real Lucky finding that VAMP last Sunday, I say well see them after X-mas when al these stores have their sales.

Hit Walmart again and asked the guy that collects Joes that works there and yet again was told that they have had the same stock for 3 months, not sure how someone saw a Vamp there, its beyond me. I am there all the time and never seen one. I am having a hard time believing that one was there. I personally know the 2 guys that work in the toy department and both of them collect, one collects Joes, I would think they would know.

Found a bunch at my local Wal-Mart. Had at least 1 of every Wave 1 & 2 figure - including AVs. Cleaned those out, picked up 4 in one shot - most I've ever seen on the pegs at one time. Hell, it's more stock then that WM has had until now, went from 1 row to 2. Only took them over a month to restock.

No wave 3 or wave 2 vehicles though.

Found several wave 1 figures at TRU today including Firefly and CC. So much for it being a "chase" figure. There were a ton of Jungle Vipers but no AVs. They are having a sale today, 2 for 10.

you can believe what you want. My wife and I both seen it there. What would I have to gain by saying I seen it if I never did? The people that work there are far from collectors. Last year when RoC hit, Wal Mart was light years behind Target and TRU in getting out stock. I asked a worker there when they would get it and I was told it was a few weeks away. Walking out of the toy section I found the big display in the middle of the main isle full of RoC. So going by what the store tells you is completely useless. And once again, why would I make it up? Obviously if they aren't showing up then when one does it disappears. So you not seeing it a few days after it was on the shelf doesn't mean it wasn't there.

This is getting fun. I mentioned that I spoke to Cowboy Bob about the new vehicles when I had actually gone there. He is somewhat a collector. The others I know are stockers and they are collectors too but only one of them is collecting the new POC stuff, the other guy is an Arah collector. One Fury, one Vamp a couple Hiss Tanks and I believe one Wolf Hound. Friday they were stacked on top of each other and they were all covered by Corps crap. I had to dig just to find the Wave one stuff. If you say the shelf has looked the same for months then obviously you haven't been going there often. Anyways like I said, I have no reason to lie. This is a sightings thread. That's what I did. I posted what I found. Why is it so hard to believe that after I said they had only one that you went there 3 days later and it was gone. You're mad that it was gone so you're taking frustration out on me. Wal Mart isn't a museum. They sell what they have out. If you don't like what I have to say then don't read it. Hard to believe, but someone else could have stocked those and your friends never knew about it. And since they are hot items, they went fast. Toys R Us in the Tampa area just put a bunch on the shelf. They had a big sale. Buy 2 for 10 bucks. Not sure if you've checked the ones in Miami but they probably had the same sale over the weekend. Hopefully they had some Wave 1 to throw out. If not I have an extra carded CC. Could probably find a Snow Job too if you don't have any luck.

Ross update - nothingg to be found at the Ross on little in trinty or at the ross on 19 down in tarpon or whatever.....wah. actually, nothing joe found other than mars 3 pks.

The freshly picked remains of the Wal-Mart two packs were there though - no Shockblast/Night Creepers to be found, but bunches of the other two sets.

You just KNOW this shit it going to hit our area tomorrow morning when we're all supposed to be with our familiies. I guess it will be the test of how dedicated we really are. XD

Found Wave 3 at Target in Kendal drive but only SS. Found the SE and Duke at the Target in Bird road. Target at Dadeland didnt have any and found two shock troopers all the way down south by westland mall.

There was a ton of them around 1:00 so Im guessing that yeah they had just restocked. The guy I talked to at Dadeland station said that they dont have a stock room cause of site layout so all of the stock comes from a container lot off-site. He said they where due for a large shipment tomorrow (Monday) morning at around 9:00 so that by 11 or 12 they should have the new Joes out. Dont know about you but Im betting if we are gonna find more shock troopers its gonne be either there or the target down town which also didnt have any Wave 3 out yet.

This is getting fun. I mentioned that I spoke to Cowboy Bob about the new vehicles when I had actually gone there. He is somewhat a collector. The others I know are stockers and they are collectors too but only one of them is collecting the new POC stuff, the other guy is an Arah collector. Even if they bought the Vamp and for some odd reason there was only one that came in I would still have known. You keep trying to come up with something to suggest my sources aren't knowledgeable. Sorry but I have chosen not to believe you and that's my choice. If you did see it then you did but I was there just after you said it was there and the shelf looked exactly the same it did days earlier with no space to put boxes that big. The shelf was over filled with old stock like it always is. The main reason that I have a hard time believing is because it has looked the same way there for the last couple months.

I am done wasting time. Not worth it to continue horsing around. There is no evidence to back up the claim so it is what it is.

I hope that people got them that actually wanted them, not just people looking to make money off of them. I know I could probably get 50 a set off eBay but I'd rather let Tankers know so they can get them and (hopefully) add them to their collection.

I stopped in the Kmart in st pete off of 66th st today. I was talking to Rhino Randy and he said they had a case of the 25th line banana/yellow stalkers in the back. He said he called Cowboy Bob to let him know so he could text all the collectors about the score. I wanted to scoop them up but I left my debit card at Mons Venus the night before. I couldnt take a pic cause my phone was dead from all the video I was shooting while in the spaceship of 2001 with some of the girls.

I have to say that I like the Shock Trooper but they missed the boat with giving him so many accessories and no way to carry them all. A backpack is badly missing from this figure. I managed to figure out a way to get him to carry everything except the sub machine gun.

Got fed up with not seeing any new joes at the Target by my house, so I bought all there was and returned them to a Target down the road. It should be interesting to see how long it takes for them to replenish their stock, hopefully with Wave 3 & 4!

I'm getting ready to go out of town so I don't have time to take pics but I can explain what I did.

Right hand - assault rifle
Left hand - shield
Head - helmet, goggles on helmet, mask attached (optional, I don't like the mask)
In between left forearm and shield - shotgun, sledge hammer (Think about them being attached to the back of the shield.)
Handle on back of vest - nunchucks string hooked over on side, sidearm hooked over the other.
Back of vest - Radio plugs in just below the C in Cobra.

That only leaves the SMG. It needs a strap somehow and then it could go over his shoulder. Or Hasbro could have included a damn backpack! :mad:
