TRU here has the new ROC 3 packs, Attack On Pitt, and Snow Serpents!

I picked up the Joe 3 pack and a Snow Serpent. I wanted the AOP as well, but I cant afford it atm. (barely could get the ones I did, but Im glad I did!)

I havent opened any of them yet. Saving them for sort of a reward for myself. lol

Anyway, if anyone needs help getting something, let me know!

Im hoping to have some toy funds built up for when the 5-packs arrive!

Another disappointing recon in Slocala yesterday. Target, TRU, and all the Walmarts have no new figures or vehicles. The pegs are clogged with older figures to the point that they are falling off like dried-up, dead leaves. I did find some Snow Serpents at TRU but no Bench Press. Bleh. :(

I found another desert viper, city strike duke, the ripcord, and the storm shadow. Also some 2 pack walmart only ones( ie.. monkeywrench and tunnel rat). The can get my hands on 3 sets of the 4 from walmart that has outpost defender in it.

I got the battle armor one for drazen, went back and exchanged the one I shouldn't have bought for it.

Tomorrow I am going to check another target and walmart and see what they have.

Well, my lady and I went on a last minute hunt tonight (from N.P.R. to Wesley Chapel over to New Tampa and back to Trinity) and... I finally found a CS SE tonight and picked up an extra for trade. I also picked up an extra Desert Viper for Stoner but it looks like someone else covered that for him already.

If anyone is interested in working out a trade lmk. I am looking for MOC figures. I still need a mail away Doc or the SDCC CC from last year if anyone has extras. From the new stuff, I need Kamikura, Benchpress, TRU Snow Serpent, W2 of the Deluxe Figure Target Exclusives, and the WM battle stations.

Oh yeah, there is W5 R1 hitting now that has some W4 mixed in it. The one I found had everyone except Kamikura but neither of the variants of Rex or SS. I also grabbed Charbroil, Red Fang, and Night Adder (black tats) even though I already had them so if anyone needs Charbroil or RF lmk. I am going to keep both versions of Night Adder though(black & blue tats).

I was just trying to make Am feel better for not making it. But like Dan said it was an awsome time. We had the best turn out of any meet we ever had ( close to if not 20 people ). We even had a crazy man drive all the way down from Virgina. Char brought some enexpected but well received accesories ( aka eye candy ). Had a successful hunt today. Found Bench Press and Snow Serpent at Clearwater TRU (Stoner, I'll still keep up my end of the deal if you want to try to work it out). I picked up an extra Best of 80's and Arise Serpentor DVD sets. Then hit the pallets at WM tonight and picked up W2 of the Alpha vehicles at Trinity!

Besides the car ride I had an awesome time ( stupid battery and **** blown headlight. I was like a kid in a candy store. So much to see, so much to buy, but just not enough money.

I am glad stoner and drazen liked the stuff I brought them. Mutt enjoy that cs snake eyes. It was differently worth the trade and thanks for letting me have some leftovers for the trip back.

It was a very nice turn out. To those I didn't speak to at the meet I am sorry I was very tired and I didn't get in the group photos or any other photos except that one with the poster which I will talk about later.

Walmart is where I nabbed mine.
When I walked into the isle another guy actually had him and arctic SS in his hand. Though I didnt realize it at the time. I saw CS Duke and Jungle Rip and Acc Suit Duke, so I nabbed them up. I asked the guy who was still in the isle if he collected Joes hoping maybe he was a Tank member. He said, 'Nah', I was just looking at them. And went to put the two figures back. I couldnt believe it when I saw one was CS SS. I was like, "your not going to buy that then?" He said no so I grabbed it. Needless to say I was very pleased that day. I had a meeting after that, and I kept having to stop thinking about the cool new Joe figures waiting for me in my van. lol
The next day I was at another walmart here, and they had CS Duke & Jungle Rip (Yep, I nabbed me a second Rip for customs. its a very nice figure), so they also must have had a CSSE.

Anyway I have my CSSE right here on my desk. And IMHO its the best SE to date (and im not a big SE fan, but I love this one).



If anyone finds a couple of extra CSSE's, I could use two (one for me, another for another Tanker).

That is, of course, after everyone else gets theirs! :D

NSB never got anything new in. Still that overloaded first wave of stuff indiana jones style.

Kmart in NSB had eels, and a paris pursuit baroness. - not following roc too much, but rarely see these on peg around here.

Port orange walmart, Target, and the SD Walmart. - had whatever waves had deep six and some crimson guard.

Ormond Beach walmart - had the two packs. my other walmarts didnt have them, there were a few tunnel rat ones, a few copperhead, and there was a third one, but im kind of useless because i dont remember what it was other than it had a troop builder in it.

Having a room mate is the way to go unless you stay at a nearby cheap hotel.

Driving up can also save some money, but that depends.

I am hardcore thinking about going. Its east coast. I cant get lost if its on the east coast. My fear before was driving to K City and getting lost. Over here if I get lost as long as I know where the coast is I am golden... I probably will drive. I hate flying.

1st of all I'm totally down for what Stoner suggested in a designated "night out". I think it would be a blast!
2nd of all, I'm probably not gonna be able to make it to Joe Con this year :-( I have a ton of stuff going on in April that I have to save money for and I just don't see a way to fit it in? But I will say that when Pyro and I went to the con this year, I spent around $500. We split the hotel room 3 ways, gas, $80 for the weekend pass, food, alcohol, and i bought a fair amount of joe swag (no exclusives. The key is making a budget and sticking to it.
