Just picked up both TRU exclusives at the Toysrus over by Countryside Mall. Prime I didn't pick up a set for you cause two posts ago you stated that you have no money for a couple weeks and I'm not in a situation to have money tied up right now. There was still 5-6 left of each set on the shelve. So if anyone in the area wants or needs them I would get there asap.i was on the fence about buying them at first but now I am glad I have.

Pinellas Park Target has the exclusives in stock. I called and they wouldn't get them for me.So I went there and went to electronics. I asked a employee named CHris for some help and he had no problem getting them. I have no idea how many cases they do have. I only got one of each and they are BAD A$$ !!! Millenia target definately has them I gave the guy the dpci number and he said they had 15 in the back. They are not on the shelf yet. I wouldnt reccomend asking someone in toys to get them because the toy people probably know they shouldnt be sold yet. Ask someone else, probably anyone else. Better yet, put pride aside and have your girlfriend ask one of the guys. <3

They are lovely.

Print out that $5 off of $25 coupon thats on the other forum and it comes out to $26.60 for all 3 vehicles.


For future info, there is 3 in a box (one of each vehicle) and they got in 5 boxes.

And I understand that. But it really does not matter if it was five, six or seven cases. It is a free economy and I can purchase whatever I see. But with that said ~ I am not a scalper and admittedly have never ordered or sold anything on E-bay or any other online store or entity. I believe in the good ole' fashion hunt ~ that is part of the thrill for me. Having it sent to my house is, BORING.
So I go out, ask around and get the figures. I also understand that in certain parts of Florida stores are scarce - in Orlando alone off the top of my head we have at least nine walmarts, four ToysRus and seven Targets all within twenty minutes from my house. I live next to Universal Studios where I can get on any of the major highways in minutes and off I go. Now to help out my fellow collectors I would even pick the stuff up and meet someone half way.....CharIJoe and I do that all the time. Now granted my job allows me endless amount of ME time and I can work when I am not writing from my car. But no one but CharIJoe has ever took me up on my offer.
So when someone gets mad because I bought something I do tend to get a little defensive.... the reality is every store in Orlando has them! It's just a matter of asking people. I see all the time that HissTankers get denied at the store. This seems odd to me as I have never ever had a problem. I think they are either scared to ask (which is odd to me) or they ask rudely at the store as they are embarrassed (which is even stranger to me) to be asking for a toy. ~ Just wanted to get that off my chest. Also I have seen a IG Destro and a few black (repaint) Snake-Eyes at several Walmarts.

Target had nine cases, so they at most have 8 of each vehicle ready to set out at the registers. The guy I spoke to said they were supposed to go on the $9.99 register end-cap display along with Star Wars Order 66. They may have set them by this evening, the guy I spoke with asked the register TM if she wanted some for the front. He also said they should be in the toy aisle.

Wow! I actually saw the number on the scanner. I need some clarification, does 9 on the scanner mean 9 cases or 9 pieces? Counting your case, 12 pieces is not much for an endcap, unless the DPCI trick has been used to effect. I could be wrong, but they were supposed to be at the registers and in the aisle.

I had a "street date" conflict at the Ocala Target today. After deciding to get another HISS, I checked with CS at the front and the girl said they 15 were on the floor. Does that equal 5 cases? Anyway, I had already looked around for them and there were none out, so I ran into 2 redshirts that were just walking around in a managerial sort of way, and I explained how these were showing that they should be on the floor and I would like some help in getting just one of them.

Just as the guy calls to the back wit the DPCI, another more knowledgeable redshirt says, "Make sure it doesn't have a street date, the collectors kno..." and he trailed off, but the conotation wasn't positive or neutral. My dastardly plan was foiled! I even explained that out Target had already released them (I didn't know they weren't put out until I read your post). Oh well, I'm not in Ocala often so I'll try Target again. But you Ocalans gotta wait or get your girlfriends bat those lashes. I even had my kids with me, but alas...

and as far as everywere getting wave 4s. from what i see the walmarts are getting equal amounts of wave four to the amount of revision cases., most stores were getting one box each. the others were getting two boxes of each kind.

toys r uses (around me anyway) are getting between 1 - 5 boxes of the wave 2 revision cases (i am judgeing that by the amount of snake eye's and lady jayes i have seen after restocking.)

I bought a couple of them b/c I wasn't a huge fan of alot of the designs and the Lt. Stone was the one I missed out on that I wanted. Seems like TRU has been getting in cases of these all over the place.

What are those new revision cases labeled as on the side? At TRU last night I saw a box labeled Wave 2 07 Rev 1 and I swear they had 7 hooded CCs, 7 Buzzers, 7 Serpentors, a couple Beachheads and a couple Stalkers (these had been there.) They had so many CC, Buzzer, and Serpentor that the box was left out on the shelf with some of those figures in it. I'm trying to figure out if it was just old joes or if someone really came in and bought up all the SE/SS as last time I was there (couple days ago), they only had 1 each of CC/Buzzer/Serpentor.

I stopped at Walmart this morning to buy GTAIV and they had remnants of several cases of W4, except for the SS and Destros. I'm sorry Walmart, no one wants 7 carded Scarletts.

I'm not real optimistic about W7 as I've still yet to see most of W5 and I've only seen W6 once, which I bought last weekend.

It's been my experience in Broward and Miami-Dade that once they hit California we won't see them till the following weekend. Now sometimes they show up on Wednesday or Thursday with the truck but for the most part Target doesn't get a truck till Friday so they are out Saturday Morning. Wal-Mart is usually the same though they get trucks on Wednesdays (throughout the day) so they are either out Wednesday or Thursday morning. I'm sure we'll see them this weekend.

Ok i am gonna vent a lil cause I am not in a good mood. Last night I went to three Wal-Marts..... the first one, I got there at 1130 pm the pallets were out but someone decided they needed to buy 4 cases and leave the empty boxes next to some of the old waves (as a teaser to everyone else)...then I go to the next Wal-Mart well the ass hole there decided to leave only a snake eyes and a hiss driver, but get this. He bent the 2 that he left and left the boxes on the floor (all 3 of them). Now u may ask how do I know he bent them. because I have collected long enough to tell a crease from shipping and a F'ing bend in the center of a figure put there on purpose. Then the third walmart I missed them completely because they were there 2 days earlier... so to the Gi joe Horders in tampa.... If i am in the store and back there near the joes and u are buyin and obsessive amount like 4 cases worth, dont think I wont jackie chan your face and take some from you, cause your wrong.....seriously why do does anyone need 12 snake eyes????

Ok..I'll vent too...but not because of store employees, just lack of product in South Florida!!! I went to three different wal-marts and two targets yesterday around 5:00 p.m (huge! giant! mistake) It took a total of 3 hours of bumper to bumper traffic to get around the Metro Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area and I found zero wave 7. I thought maybe there was a glimmer of hope when I was in Sunrise and the guy at wal-mart found a store in Miami with 80 gi joes! at first thought it was a typo but he called and they confirmed they had 80 of them in and got them in the night before. I thought "sweet!" finally found wave 7. Nope. They got in ten boxes of wave 3 (??) (Gung ho/SSv1/Destro/Duke/Scarlett) But it was nice to see more than just one row of Gi Joes. Anyway, probably going to go pick up one or two of the SS. Is there anyone that needs any? I already have 1 but I need one to open. Let me know.

Hey T.R., welcome to the group and feel free to ask for help because many of the guys (and girls) here will look out for one another when it comes to finding missing pieces for your collection. Not to resell on Ebay though! As I am new here as well, I can tell you the main thing I have learned is patience when trying to find these figures. I started about a month ago and have almost completed the set (up to wave 7) with what I find at retail.
So don`t get to upset if you just missed them at a store because the idiot that bought them all will be returning them soon enough once they are peg warming everywhere and they aren`t selling on Ebay or their own personal web store.

I am at eight Vipers and Six H.I.S.S. Drivers. Are you guys coming to O-Town or do I have to buy them all. Gotta keep the economy going.

I say this as polite as possible with no sarcasim or hate.. why do you need 8 vipers and 6 hiss drivers? I have collected for many years, but i never understood the army building factor. I think it just makes them harder to find. Just imagine if everyone wanted 6 or 8 of each figure?

Well I respond with no Sarcasm or hate. First one needs to understand the difference between want and need. For example I need gas for my car, food in my belly and money to purchase products that will do a variety of things, clothes, work equipment, etc. Now what I want is whatever is on a shelf and or product in a store that peeks my interests, Joes, DVD's, Music CD's, etc, etc. So to answer your questions I do not "NEED" 8 and or 6 toys. I "WANT" them. Now why I want them is simple; I just do! Why do you want any? Aren't they just toys and non essential to life. There really is no right or wrong answer is there. (rhetorical ~ no need to answer) I troop build because I am a troop builder! Now my observation to your post and past posts, Why worry about what I am buying? Were you planning on going to Orlando to buy them? Don't you technically already have them, they are just not shipped to you yet. Look at it this way, you ordered them on BBTS according to your post. Well maybe when I went to order them they were already on back order. Maybe you took the last order thus preventing me from ordering and now you are searching for them at retail. If you walked into a store and saw them knowing that I had not purchased a set, would you think, "Oh Caliburn didn't get any, and I have mine ordered with BBTS so I will leave them for him" ~ No. Do you kinda see how silly this seems. And I'm not sure if you looked back at a few posts and saw that I have repeatedly offered to assist my neighbors down south ~ but I have yet to receive a taker or a "Hey Caliburn the distribution sucks over here, can you pick a set for me? or point me in the right direction" ~ nada. Just some thoughts ~ not a vent. I of course post this with no Sarcasm or hate.

If Miami is anything like Tampa then it is prob dry. There are tons of wave 7 in orlando, but i dont think the big portions of it have made its way in our directions yet.

I checked the last few days at Target and Wal-marts around Pembroke Pines. Nothing. But I do know that they have 8 on order (one case basically) for soon. So I would imagine it will be Saturday morning at Target and maybe at the wal-marts late tonight/early morning after the re-stock.

Hey realjoe if you need any SS or custom fodder there are 80 joes (Destro/Gungho/Scarlett/Dukes/CC) over at the Wal-mart on 441 and 176 by the Golden Glades. Don't think many people shop over there cause it's a pain in the butt to get there with traffic.

I hit 5 walmarts in tampa this mornin and a target and found nothing. I say the comics are the next to come out, but i honestly dont know when. BBTS says april release on the comics and they say wave 8 is may, but i would imagine it would be the later part of may or maybe even june. have u heard anythign about the comics??

I hit Griffin and Flamingo last night and talked to the stock manager of toys...she said they are the last to get them, Sawgrass and Mirimar get them about a week or so before they do. There was nothing as far as Pines blvd Wal-marts or Targets in Pembroke Pines area.

Yeah I figured snake eyes was going to be a pegwarmer, I hated that mold when it first came out and I don't think it's any cooler as a 25th figure. Now, the arctic snake eyes looks pretty cool but I doubt I'll buy more than one wave 7 snake eyes (once it finally hits south fla.)

I think Duke is worth buying for the Jetpack. Imagine having a troop of "Airborne" soldiers.

-wish i knew that earlier today when i was at target. [i have no interest in wave 7].
just went to the atm machine 3:30 a.m., and since it's right next to wal mar i dropped in. no wave 7, the stock lady was there in the isle and i started b.s.'ing with her and she said some guy came in last night when she was stocking and opened the palettes and dug through and took all wave 7, a bunch of the hot wheels too. she said guy is crazy, he's nuts for this stuff.

funny how when you're not looking for stuff it's there, but the second you look for it, it's nowhere to be found. i live close by a few stores. i 'l keep a lookout for what you mentioned.

Don't worry realjoe, they didn't get them last night, I've checked all around the Broward area and had a wal-mart employee check the incoming stock on the computer. No stores have the wave 7 "in-transit" so that means it'll be probably wednesday or next weekend till we see them. They do have them on order though. He assured me of that.
