With all the heated debates I've been reading today about certain actors playing certain characters a question comes to mind. Who would you cast for the movie?

Here is a list of Joe and Cobra characters. Not all are in the movie, but if they were this is who I would cast.

G.I. Joe:
General Hawk - Dennis Quaid (I like this casting so I'll keep it)
Duke - Guy Pearce
Stalker - Keith David
Flint - Michael Biehn
Beach Head - Ray Stevenson
Snake Eyes (before) - Owen Wilson
Snake Eyes (after/in suit) - Ray Park (This is a no-brainer.)
Scarlett - Rachel Nichols (I like the casting for this part)
Lady Jay - Keira Knightley
Cover Girl - Bryce Dallas Howard
Shipwreck - John Leguizamo
Gung-Ho - Adam Baldwin
Roadblock - Michael Clarke Duncan
Breaker - Justin Bartha

Cobra Commander - Gary Oldman
Destro - Christopher Eccleston (I like the casting for this part)

Scarlet: Laura Prepon or Bryce Dallas Howard (Two of my favorite redheaded actresses.)

Ironside has been in Highlander, the tv show V, Starship Troopers, Scanners, dang, memory not serving me too well, but hes been in a ton of crap. Great character actor.

The guy is best known (at least by me) From David Lynches more recent efforts (Inland Empire,Mulholland Dr.), but he also dose crap like Miami Vice, and Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle. Wich leads me to belive he is not above doing a movie like GI.Joe.

The Baroness: Asia Argento

Daughter of famed Italian horror director Dario Argento. She has been in such films as 'Land of the Dead' and 'Red Siren', but she is also in crap like 'XxX' w/ Vin Diesel. So I think she is not above doing GI.Joe.

Cobra Commander: the voice of Alice Cooper.
If you don't know him you should. If you think He's not right for the role listen to this, and look at the pic in my sig, and imagine Cobra Commander!

and Ham Tyler was awesome. 90 percent of Ironside's work is classic. I especially like him as "overdog Macnabb" in space hunter:adventures in the forbidden zone. Now that's a character i'd like to see as a movie maniac.

Michael Ironside, maybe Mindbender, but thats it. The only movies that I would care to see with him again is Topgun and Starship troopers. The rest were a wast of time...
