I found Storm Shadow at the Olympia TRU! I can't believe he was just sitting on the peg! I guess nobody knew. Now I have one for trade. I'm looking for Rise of Cobra Kamakura (but who isn't).

I also saw and left behind at the Olympia Target 2 zombies, Airtight, Lifeline, Sci-Fi, but they are $10.99.

(Star Wars News) I found an extra Lando and Awing pilot at the Olympia TRU. I left a Leia behind. Of course I found the Awing pilot as soon as I bought one off ebay for $6 more...sigh. That's the way it always goes.

I went by Olympia Target last night. Those Zombies are gone! I didn't want them at $10.99, but they have a sell on Joe for $7.99 now. Airtight was still on the pegs. Joes are only $5.99 at Fred Meyers in Lacey, but they only had Cobra Commander left....as usual. Happy hunting!

Just checked the target in Bonney lake. I left you guys some sci-fi's, a law and order, and a cobra trooper. They also had a few ripcords, tunnel rats, and Scarletts which even these days are kinda scarce. I snagged the only techno and zombie vipers for my boys. GOOD LUCK!

Went to Post Falls today for work. Walgreens had 2 Law and Orders and a Lifeline. Walmarts in Spokane mainly had Snake Eyes and Cobra Commanders. The North Side Fred Meyer did have a POC Cobra Trooper, Iron Grenedier and Hazard for the $4.99 if anyone is looking.

Theft is theft and hopefully they can press charges or at least get wise to his game. Fed way had a bad problem with that a couple years back. I picked up all the repacks, grabbed an associate and asked for the manager and the LP. I hope it was somebody stupid enough to use the Card over cash for purchases.

Kick's vultures? Kick gets all his stuff from BBTS or Bobba con (or whatever that store up north is.) He gets some stuff in trades, but he doesn't have money to just buy up a bunch of stuff. He actually does more right now with vintage games than he does with figs. Shit! I have more ME style figs than Kick does, and I'm not a store. Atomic Comix is way worse for scalping than anyone else in the immediate area.

The truth is this area has more collectors than the local retail is willing to support. Regional distribution problems with increased demand isn't helped when the economy has forced ebay moms and HW guys to move into the action figure section for extra money.

Kick is just a dude who runs a toy store in spanaway. They have airsoft mods done there, used games, lots of vintage joes, but mostly magic, yugio, and games now. He has some ME stuff, and doesn't really carry a bunch of SW, but he gets cases of most action figure things collectors would want.

I've known him about 5 years. He's never done me wrong. It is a cool place to just chill and escape too. Pool table, air hockey, gaming TV's.

nowhere. lol. There is a very substantial collecting community in the area. At 99% of stores, if you see something and want to come back for it. It will be gone. My favorite places are all the stores on the way to the coast. and the smaller towns headed toward Portland.

This was after checking every store that carries Joes in the area several times over the last couple of months and finding nothing.

I was in the South Hill/Graham area today. 30th Ann Joe's are getting hard to find. It seems like every store is clearing our their stock to make way for Retaliation. The TRU, Target and Walmart I checked didn't have much. The only luck I had was at Walgreen's. I'd suspect that to mean that the Zombie Viper wave has come and gone at those retail outlets. Might find them at Ross or other secondary outlets though.

Whoops, forgot to mention - in case anyone missed out on the POC "masterpiece" Snake Eyes, there's one at the Walgreens on Bridgeport Ave. (close to Lakewood Town Center). $10.99 price, but cheaper than what they're going for on ebay+shipping. As standard Walgreens practice, there's only one other figure there, a Renegades Cobra trooper if I remember correctly.

Rogue: bit of a day trip but hit up the star wars store in Aberdeen on the way to Ocean Shores. The store is a bit over-priced but is always "50% off" which puts it at around aftermarket value. ;) He has a ton of loose guns, vehicle pieces, figures, all old and new and huge styro foam brick that looks like a christmas ornament from all of the loose light sabres.

A lot of clutter, but something very endearing about the place and he's a very nice guy. I could literally get lost in there for hours. Always more stuff the the more times you check in. Outside of that, i'm not sure who else does loose accessories.

If not...what the hell? Why are these only at Dollar General? That screws a lot of us worse than not having a Ross screws people in other states (since those are liquidated toys from larger retailers). Why would Hasbro distribute these figures to only one chain that isn't anywhere near the west coast?

Don't waste your time and gas going to the Spanaway Walmart. That location never has anything good. The South Hill and Graham Walmart's tend to be the best in the area. If you really want to waste your money on gas I would suggest Yelm. 90% of the time it's got a better toy dept than Spanaway.

Hopefully Wally and Freddie's will price like Meijer in Indiana at around $6.99. Really glad to see that the Joe Trooper's gear is molded in tan instead of the blue we saw in the earliest Toy fair pics. The black Cobra Commander was a pleasant surprise, I was sure I was going to skip him when I thought the carded ones were going to be blue.

Sounds right. Their total was 24 yesterday and I bought 4; so with the 5 you just picked up the count at 15 is correct. I'm surprised Target only got 2 cases of figures for this movie line. I'm interested in seeing how well the figures will move at the $9.99 price -- I'm REALLY hoping Wal-Mart and Fred Meyer will sell at $7.99 or less.

It's interesting to me that the CC Weasel got was black and the Trooper had tan gear so I would have thought that the asst with blue trooper stuff would mean a blue CC but the one I saw today was black too. (and Lynnwood TRU clearly had only one case) there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the color variations.

Well great, variants. I only want tan gear troopers, I don't care for the cobra trooper, I was actually going to troopbuild the black CC's as elite vipers. (well the blue ones with black as an officer). I don't really care for the red ninjas because I have so many 25th and Hand Ninjas from MU. I'm looking for very little of this line so far. RoC got me to purchase a lot of figures I didn't want just for their accessories. So far I don't see Retaliation doing that.

Well, I don't think it is addicting, but I would like to have those versions of the characters as well for my sections that are devided by year, and they have great troop building potential/customizing in some of them. I'm about to bite the bullet and pay $80 for a set just to make sure I don't miss out. for the repaints I really only want the Shippy, and Stormshadow repaint versions.

I picked up a few of the Retaliation vehicles early last week at both the Northside and Valley Targets in Spokane. I had them pull these from the stock room and in case any one is interested each location had just 1 each of the Hiss Tank and the Ghost Hawk and each case of the smaller vehicles had 2 Ninja Commando 4x4's and 2 Cobra Fangboats. Which only the Northside Target had a case of the smaller vehicles at that time. I will post pictures of the Hiss Tank tomorrow as I ran out of time for putting the stickers on. Each figure that comes with these vehicles have very little articulation, as everyone has already discussed. They simply bend at the waist and shoulders. No knee joints, no elbow joints and their wrists do not move at all either.

^^ I was too but being that I am new into collecting joes and haven't seen much on the shelves I figured I would pick them up anyways. $70 plus tax for 4 vehicles was hard to swallow though, considering the figures aren't worth much. If you enjoy the Hiss Tank's of the past then you will most likely enjoy the new version, besides that the treads do not roll. The Ghost Hawk is pretty cool but the wings, where the engines attach, fall off easily and the stickers are a pain to apply. But when finished it displayes great. The Ninja Commando 4x4, to me, is a very cool vehicle. Basically like any other A.W.E Striker. And the Fangboat I love, possibly because I don't own the water moccasin and don't have much to compare it to. Also have a picture attached of the POC A.W.E Striker next to the Ninja Commando 4x4

Used the DPCIs to get the four vehicles at tha Tacoma Target this morning. Aside from the lack of articulation of the figures, I like them all except the Ghost Hawk II. Maybe I got a bum one, but the stickers didn't seem to be cut right an the engines and wing pop off I you look at them funny. Shame, since that was the one I was looking forward to the most. The new HISS turns out to be my favorite. I like the changes made to the mold, never did like that spring loaded rise gimmick or the back door.

Just got a Storm Shadow and black Cobra Commander at TRU in Spokane (thanks for leaving some behind Retaliator!) That was the least fanfare I've ever seen for a movie toy release, pretty sad really. They were priced at $9.99 by the way.

A few thoughts:
1) Roadblock is going to pegwarm like crazy. I can tell.
2) I feel really bad for the chump who paid $200 for a black CC a few months ago on eBay. I hope it wasn't one of us Washington 'tankers.
3) The 3 packs are pretty rad, and a good deal considering you get 3 figures for $20.

So I grabed a Crimson Hiss tank. got it home lots of cool stuff with it. had two backpacks 4 mines was like. what the heck was this a mess up? well i was looking it over. the mines fit on the packs and the packs fit on the side's of the tank. kinda cool I'm liking it alot. might go back and get some more plus the price is well well worth getting the rest they had!!!

I would be shocked if Fred Meyers put out the new movie toys on the release date. FM always runs behind Walmart, Target and TRU. I would expect wave 1 to show up at FM in about a month.

On a side note I saw the Men in Black toys at TRU on Friday. They are in the GI Joe scale and have a good sculpt. If I can get Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones at a good price I might add them to my Joe team.

He has left a lot behind as we already have most of the guys for us. Looks like the Joe trooper will be a harder one to find but I think we all expected that.

I am pretty stoked the manager from my local navy exchange called me and said he would save one of each fig from wave 1 for me.

Check your local K-Marts. Just spotted wave 1 of retaliation at Spokane K-Mart. Left them all except g.i. Joe trooper and a blue cobra commander. They also have two of the fang boats and two cobra commando 4x4s. Also hit up targets today and they just have roadblocks, snake eyes and storm shadows left. As well as all vehicles and both 3 packs. TRU only has a lone roadblock left. Wal marts had yet to put them out yet but some of them did have the pegs set.

Saw Zartan, Duke, and Roadblock at the Yelm Wal-Fart after watching MIB3 (Better movie than the rest!). I left them all behind. I like the Ninjas, but the rest of the figures didn't get me excited...at all. I'm sad to say. I was really hoping to get some cooler looking figures. Oh well, now maybe I can finally save some money to finish off getting some of those rare vintage figures. I must find all the NINJAS though.

I did a lot of searching today and this is what I came away with. Target seemed to be a hot spot as well as K-Mart. I left a lot behind as well! Spokane seems to be flooded with Retaliation Figs and thats even with Walmart having nothing so far. If you are looking for something let me know and I will keep an eye out. Enjoy! On a side note... This is all for my brother and I. None of this will go on ebay and all of it will be opened or traded for those that can't find what they are looking for.

Had a nice day today, picked up a Red Ninja, Black Cobra Commander, Cobra Trooper, Joe Trooper, Snake Eyes and a Snake Eyes bike. With the other stuff my brother pickeded up it was a good day. Also, my other brother in Texas did some hunting for us and found us one set of Dollar General figures. I wish these would show up in Washington some where.

I saw a lot of Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow and the Rock. Err....sorry I mean Roadblock. Since I have no interest in those fig's I left them for other people. I did pick up a Black Cobra Commander. A friend of mine grabbed a Red Ninja and Cobra Trooper for me. I wonder how hard its going to be to find wave one?

It looks like wave one is showing up a lot of places. I am really worried it is going to peg warm with no movie now. I live in a small town and am the only person I know of that picks up Joe's. If anyone needs any of wave one let me know and I can see what they have. I will gladdly get them for you. My girls were excited for the Joes.

Looks like retaliation has hit Spokane walmarts. North side has all of wave 1 figures but joe trooper as well as shadle Walmart. Neither has the vehicles or 3 packs out yet though and both had the black CC. Glad I found the blue CC at K-Mart yesterday. He seems to be a hard find. So Yesterday I was at Target in Spokane on the north side checking out GIJoe figures and I talked to a worker there and there was an empty gijoe figure box and I asked if i could have the box and he told me that he could not give the boxes out cause people sell the boxes. Anyways found a few figures at Fred myers on francis, no figures at the north division fred's there was a few figures at Walmart on the north side about 8.99 a figure. I picked up a cobra commander and a red ninja and 2 cobra troopers and a Zartan and a cobra boat. which cobra commander is the hard one the black one or blue one?

I don't know who reported you or even what post got you banned, but our interaction hasn't been very good.The fact is, when I went out hunting yesterday, the stores were filled with people wanting their GI Joe fix and understandably so. But at 2 different locations, there were scalpers buying up everything (even the cycles!). One said something about ebay, the other offered to sell me what he was going to buy at highly elevated prices. So when I saw your post first thing when I pulled up the board, I thought you were serious about scalping and I called you out. You immediately "blocked" me and continued to comment about it with another tanker. It made it a big deal and sounded childish. I didn't see it as a joke, probably because of my bad hunting day. My mistake and I'm sorry. I want to see this as a community but it won't be if it's unwelcoming. To you or me.

White elephant on division in Spokane has 2 ninja showdown sets and 10" battlers. No figs that I could find though. They are also sitting on about 5 night ravens and 5 sky strikers and 6 vtols and 2 mole pods... All over priced. I think the night ravens are $42 and the mole pods are still $16!

Thanks for leaving a few for me retaliator! Got a cobra trooper and zartan at K-mart (what a weird-ass store). I talked to a toy department guy at Walmart in the valley and he said they would be putting them out in a day or two. Looks like Snake Eyes and Roadblock will be the peg-warmers of wave 1 (kinda funny because those are the guys on the packaging.)

Did a little bit of searching today around Spokane and this is what I came away with. The Joe Troopers were both found at Walmarts. One on the northside and one at Shadle, left the rest of the figures there. The Dojo 3 pack was picked up at the Northside Target. The 3 POC Shock Troopers were spotted at two seperate Walgreens. One had 1 and the other had 2 at $9.99 each. Airway Heights Walmart had not reset yet and same goes for the Valley Walmart and Freya Fred Meyer.

205XXX has blue CC and blue joe trooper
206XXX has blue CC and blue joe trooper
2077XX has black/blue CC and blue/tan joe trooper
2079XX has black cc and tan joe trooper
208XXX has black CC and tan joe trooper

judging by the UPS ship date on the two cases...earlier cases were shipped in late march early april...the rest late april

i have personally cracked open 4 cases so i know the date stamps im talking about.

looks like date stamp 207xxx had a revision i would guess and some fell through the cracks

im not going to name stores that have what and what...thats whats google is for.....im not going to make it that easy...happy hunting...i have 4 each of the joe trooper and a few blue and black commanders

I hope I can find the Tan Joe Trooper. I bought one of the Blue ones and I was really disappointed with it. I tried to pop the blue neck scarf off of the trooper and the whole neck peg came off. Turns out the neck peg and scarf are one piece that is glued onto the neck/shoulder area. When you take the scarf off of the Trooper you end up with a huge hole where the neck peg should be.
