Broken Steel or New Vegas?

Im getting close to finishing fallout 3, and i was curious as to which one would be more fun to keep playing? Right now im leaning towards broken steel so i can just keep my charcter, but i wanted to get opinions before i pulled the trigger on either one

Fresh off of Broken Steel, and I really enjoyed it. I havent beaten it yet as Im avoiding the main quest line, but there are tons of new areas and quests to screw around with, and I will definitely pick it back up soon.

Havent played New Vegas yet, so dont really have an opinion there.
