avatars?

i went to user cp,but i dont get it,i would like to get a crimson guard avatar but just dont know how to get it,please help,thanks.

Here's what ya do:

Click "User CP"
On the left you will see "Edit Avatar", click it.
Now you have one of two options:
#1 you can enter the URL of a picture you have on a picture hosting website (IE: Photobucket, Imageshack, etc...)
#2 you can hit the "Browse" button to find a picture on your computer to upload.
Remember to make sure your picture is 150 by 150 pixels or 100.0 KB(whichever is smaller)
After finishing whatever option you choose, then you hit "Save Changes" and you should be all set
