Thanks to FlickR member terhurne we now have our first look at the 2007 Collectors Convention Exclusive Green Repainted Vamp from Toys "R" Us a few years back. There are also plenty of other pics of the con set to check out.

So I'm assuming this was the freebie for attending the con if you bought the box set? Not bad, but since I mainly stick to the Cobra side of things I can do without the jeep.
Hopefully pics will be posted this evening of the exclusives for purchase @ the con. Here's hoping it's a blue Mauler MBT tank!

The problem I see with this VAMP is that there is no place to mount the second gun cause it didn't include the missile launcher. I really wish they would rework the original VAMP gun and mount so it can be used on these new VAMPs though.

I'm really not a fan of the rollbar. It just looks odd to me. The original vamp was perfect imo. I have a feeling we're gonna see this mold in stores under the 25th line. Gotta figure there gonna reuse the latest molds.

I only live 3 hours away from the con, but don't have the time to make it down there. I was really feeling bad about missing it but after seeing pics of the "Vamp" and the parachute-drop figure, suddenly I don't feel so bad.

I dig the new hood on the vamp, But the roll bar, brush guard & lack of rear mounted gun or missle turret Break my heart. And where are the Jerry cans? I wonder if they can pantograph the original and make a new tool 5-10% larger to accomodate the 25th figures?
