Error keeps popping up: "Database Error"

Hey guru's. I keep having this message come up. Sometimes the page loads properly but often it presents this message and I can't load the page - sometimes for hours at a time. I have tried closing my browser, clearing the cache and other things. Other sites work fine and I have no issues with other parts of my computer. Running Netscape, Firefox on Mac. Error message follows:

Database Error
The database has encountered a problem.
Please try the following:
* Load the page again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.
* Open the www.hisstank.com home page, then try to open another page.
* Click the Back button to try another link.

The www.hisstank.com forum technical staff have been notified of the error, though you may contact them if the problem persists.
