Hey all! I fianlly got out this Sunday and got in my Cos-play gear and had some pictures taken. Not the best but here they are and me in my "Pit Viper Studio's Silent Commando Helmet"

I never thought of it as a helmet either. But Pit Viper's works pretty well for the costume. Thanks folks!

Oh, I misread something.. I thought this was a Pit Viper Studios product that we'd be able to purchase, much like my CC helmet. I know I'd buy one of them!

Great work on the overall costume. I like this SE mask the best - even put the v1 head on the new POC body.

You need to:

1. Stand up straight next time. Snake Eyes shouldnt be dipping his neck and shoulders XD

2. Fix the grenade. Thats the v2 figure, you need the Pinnapple one for v1.

3. The knife is upside down. Handle needs to point down.

okay now seriously, the helmet looks incredible. the problem is that it looks like an action figure head on a body, instead of a mask and goggles on a head. I think youre original mask and googles looks much better, and this mask would be better suited on a stand as part of an awesome display piece.

Maybe someday I will sell. But I want to put the clothing and items on a dummy and display it with my Joe collection first!

I just wanted to give various angles of the helmet. Next time I'll do some more dynamic poses.

Yes I know I need the pineapple grenade. The other reason I have this one was I had modeled this version after the Paradise Statue! ;)

Yes, the knife needs to be flipped upside down. Just have to figure-out a good way to keep it secured without it falling off my ALICE suspenders.

Yes I like the look of my ski-mask version better. If I could find a fabricator to make me just a vented plastic mouth area for my ski-mask- then I'd be set. But right now I have both versions so I'm fine with either look. :)

You know that trick they do with the Side Show Snake Eyes figure? The one where they replace the skinny body with the one from the Blade figure? That is all...

Seriously though, your hat looks great. It looks like breathing would be an issue, though. 10x worse than a dust mask.

now you need to have a picture taken that can be photoshoped to look like you're "mint on card" and advertising "judo chop" and "kung fu kick" awesome simply awesome...i too would love to have a costume that makes me look like an action figure. you're my hero of the day

Very true to the 82' release. Expect loads of PM's cause people are gonna want one of these badboys.
