i looked through the few bidders, it was not the one you were bidding on.

i gave the dude 12 days, still no payment so i "second chanced" the offer to the second guy for $.50 less.

if he don't bite in 24 hours, i'm relisting , along with some world peacekeeprs vehicles, and maybe some more command centers.
