So it looks like we've bought enough plastic crack for Hasbro to justify making vehicles a continuing part of the 25th line, but do we have a common way of referring to how/when they are released? Right now we can count the number of vehicles on 2 hands, but I'm thinking it would be helpful to figure out a "wave 1" "wave 2," etc label. Even the checklist here is a bit fuzzy about it.

So, some questions:
Do you count the Target exclusives as a wave? A test run before wave 1?

Are the Vamp & HISS being found at the same time as the TB/Ram & Armadillo/Chariot sets? Are they all collectively "wave 1?" "wave 2" or maybe separate?

Should future store exclusive vehicles (e.g. Conquest & Rattler) be considered a "wave"?

What do you think?

personally i've been referring to them as...

Target exclusives - wave 1

recently released vehicles - wave 2

Target exclusives = Target exclusives

HISS/VAMP/RAM &Trouble Bubble/Armadillo & Air Chariot = Wave 1

I've been kinda of, sort of, maybe, confused on what to call them myself. How about; Target Exclusives vehicles Wave 1, Retail vehicles Wave 1, and Target Exclusives vehicles Wave 2?

I think buy the end of comiccon, we'll have a definition of waves. Oh buy the way, at Joecon they said the Rattler and the Conquest won't be out till '09.

they said that at a panel? the tags shown with the vehicles in the pictures said August '08 I thought...that's disappointing if it's 2009.

Wave 1 and wave 2 and so on makes more sense and easier to remember.

Unlike the carded waves, its by year and wave. For freak sake, this isn't car!
