army building on the joe side

i have 3 beachhead, 3 dusty, and 3 skydive. im looking for 1 more of each.

i use the black (steel brigade) helmet from the pit commando for the beachheads. i need 1 more of those as well.

I picked up three Steel Brigade Troopers and two PoC Hawks (PIT Trooper SB helmets) to round out my SB team.

This is the first time I ever even considered having army builders in my Joe ranks as the Green Shirts goes against everything I believe the Joes to be.

Having said that, I couldn't resist these Joe troop builders and Hawk's design was too nice to ignore as a part of the team. Since getting them, they have all become individuals who are part of a secret strike team that works in tandem with GI Joe, although the Joe's do not know their identities.

I'm thinking of writing some adventures of when the team first formed in 1968 and then fell apart over the years.

The POC wave 5 Hawk is the coolest Joe troop builder of all time. I have 3, but I'd like to have about 20. With all of the gear and the cool modern look, this figure is THE SHIT. Army build the hell out of it, then figure out what you want to do about the heads.

Obviously the Steel Brigade, 25th Green Shirts, and ROC Pit Commandos are a must for army building.

My favorite Joe ROC army builder - Zartan! I have 6 of those Rise of Cobra Zartans, but I don't use the Zartan head. The Pit Trooper head with the blue camo uniform is great. They even repainted it green camo and included it in that TRU Attack on the Pit pack as "Pit Trooper." I've got 2 of that version.

Honorable mention ROC - Desert Duke. I hate Channing Tatum and his head, but the desert Duke is a badass modern troop builder. I've got 5 or 6. Oh yeah, and I also army built the Kmart exclusive 4-pack brown camo Duke and Heavy Duty, just because they were so damn cheap.

I will also apologize for referring to you as "dude" earlier in this post. I've lost alot of brain cells over the years.

it would be nice to have more army builder figs for joe and i can only get so many steel brigades before i need something different. i dont really army build for joe, the ST would be the first joe fig i buy multiples of so maybe hasbro will learn from this and make up some cool new joe builder figs.

The POC Hawk comes with goggles than can be lowered to obscure his face a bit. That is how I army build them.

I also have 4 of the POC Beachheads (My HoH one is my single Beachhead) and 3 POC Steel Brigades. I also have 3 Temple Guardian Snake-Eyes that each have a different mask and therefore make up a team of 3 Guardians; none of them to be SE.
