This is how I think Snake Eyes should look in the 2nd movie! IMOP

That would be cool. They can even keep the visor, but at the very least I hope they get rid of the muscle suit, and just give him black fatigues.

I think they should go with the Commando/City Strike look myself. The way Ray Park was talking in an interview sounds like they overhauled the costume. My fingers are crossed for Commando SE! ;)

I made some improvements to make it more like he's wearing a sweater. Take a peek!

To be honest, they should have had him wear this suit in the first film. I know everyone loves the visored version of the character, but to me Commando Snake-Eyes is my favorite GI Joe. It MAY be because he was my first GI Joe figure in 1981 (technically, I got straight arm Snake-Eyes, Scarlett, Zap and Grand Slam in the HAL for Xmas '82), but I just LOVE the goggles & the breath holes in the mask. Classic look from the early Joe Comic, too!

I just think commando looks too generic
he was a good start for the character but I think he's evolved into a greater idea.
the mask and visor is the iconic image of GI Joe SE has and always will be the mascot of the franchise. a sweater and paintball mask just doesn't scream SE to the world..

I respectfully disagree with you that the Commando look- looks too generic. I personally think the Commando look is the more iconic image of SE. ;)

This pretty much. I'd like the head to be a bit more live wave 3 SE though. Smaller goggles.

Lose the fake muscles too. No one in their right mind would wear that. especially a military ninja trained commando.

Yeah, it would have been great to have this costume in the first one as it could have hidden the Arashikage ties until maybe the end when SS cuts a piece of fabric off of his inner forearm revealing the tattoo. It would have been sweet if this is when he pulls a short ninjato out that's hidden in his tactical gear. I always liked the idea he wasn't necessarily viewed as a ninja right away and it played well to his story. I've always felt a modern ninja would use the best weapons of present day which i believe are firearms and explosives since not too many opponents carry ninja swords.

I've never liked the rear window of an 80's firebird look. I think I'd rather have the stylish tanning goggles look over that.
