Looking to get a bunch of acrylic cases to store my carded figures in. I've searched all around...believe me....and was just wondering if anyone has purchases THESE (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=300232269521&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=020) cases off ebay?

How is the quality, fit, and finish?

I see that AFA has a store on there website and on ebay where they are selling their cases for $15 plus shipping each or 10 for $13.50 ea plus shipping. It's not a bad price and I would get these but when I totaled up the cost of 10, the shipping was crazy high. I know 10 of these would not cost $50 to ship. Maybe $20 at the most and I feel it's just another way to poke a hole in my wallet.

Thoughts.

yup. try these guys: www.wholesalecases.com

edit: If you want the hard case, I'm not sure where else, I thought they had 'em, but they are very pricey, yes. I wanted to do it, too, but I might go with the clamshell to save a bit

Hey, yeah I have those acrylic cases from wholesalecases. I'm going to use them for my sons carded figures to put up, but they are just a little bulky for me to store or display. They are made to accomidate all blister sizes for the Star Wars figures.

I've thought about holding off on the "Doc type" clamshell case, but man I like looking at my AFA carded figures.

The AFA cases are nice. I'd suggest you go in on an order with someone. But don't forget, an AFA-case is almost 1 lb, if not over, too.
